Keep the difficulty the way it is! Harder opponents make you play better! Also its not that fun when you don't lose. As a viewer I want to have the games close so i never know who will win.

Bobby, you need to make it where you up the ego by 3 when you win. If you lose twice in a row, go down by 5...and start the winning streak over again. See how high you can get before you lost

Bobby, if you go to "staff" on the season screen, you can give your players modifiers. (like increase their power, speed, etc.)
