The working download command set the variable latest that the first download command tried to use.

Hi DJ Ware, I was trying to connect the vm to internet and followed the network docs, but it didn't work for me, I'm using ubuntu20.04. Can you help me out regarding this?

What does firecracker mean for the self hosted community ? Should I go and swap stuff like my nextcloud to firecracker ?

You didn't need the setfacl actually, the proper ACL was already set (see the + at the end of the permissions in the ls -l command at 1:41)

So as it turns out the firecracker.yaml is in alphabetic order....cleans my glasses

thanks for the great video! got some q's - - can you not send the command to the background with & for job control? - how do you run multiple firecracker vm's? just create more unix sockets? - can you configure the vm's with something like userinit?

Good questions zen,so will take a look and see have this same question myself, i thought maybe virtsock would do it but not sure so will try it in the lab and see what i get

@@CyberGizmo thanks - i would be very surprised if amazon does not have a way to manage multiple firecracker instances on the one host. maybe they just havent released the management side as its a commercial edge
