Reynaldo Goyos, who was fired from the Miami Police Department, is one of hundreds of officers across the country to win their jobs back over the objections of the police chiefs who fired them. I personally believe that arbitration for public serpents... I mean servants should NOT be allowed. It's fine for cable companies, and other businesses, where there is no risk of loss of life. Police have good life insurance policies, and willing enter a field that puts them at risk of death. The innocent people they kill because they "fear for their lives" do not have the same benefit. Arbitration is a tool used by criminals to legally escape justice. The Fraternal Order of Police commits more gang violence than all the "gangs" in America put together. Any public servant who places more value on their own life than the lives of those they are sworn to protect DOES NOT deserve to be a public servant. Bottom line. Wow, rant over. Sorry.

ATWORLDSEND : cops are taught that it’s better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.
@atworldsend818
@atworldsend818 6 лет назад
@@graceleah3216 I understand what police are taught, and trained to think, however police officers, firefighters, and soldiers are in positions where they are viewed as Heroes, especially by children. I have watched my children look up to police as " the good guys", and I have watched my children find out that police officers are not the good guys. When you have a job where you are viewed as a hero by children, my belief is, you shouldn't act like a coward or a tyrant. I know we're all human, we all have flaws, we all do things we're not proud of, but when you take an oath to "protect", you're taking an oath not to be afraid, not to be a coward. Fear is human nature, we're boring being afraid, but true heroes do not submit to fear. They control their fear, they overcome their fear, and that is what makes them true heroes. I know a few officers you fit this category. I know quite a few more firefighters who fit this category. I'm not even going to talk about soldiers, because I really don't have anything good to say. Nazis were just following orders too. Anyway, the point is, a lot of police officers, especially the ones in most RU-vid videos should not be police officers. They don't control their fear, they let it control them. That's why they shoot first, and never ask questions. I personally believe they get paid enough to control that fear. If I volunteer firefighter will run headfirst into a burning building, not thinking about his own safety, but the people who he is trying to save, then a police officer who gets paid 30000 plus dollars a year should definitely be able to control his fear. If he can't, he should get a new job. Maybe, dog catcher

Awful. Having a firearm is not a crime. And no justification, unless there is an imminent threat. If guys were threatening to shoot, then perhaps I could be more understanding. There was no such threat or weapon. If the man had a weapon, still doesn't mean it's a threat and definitely not imminent. If the man is told to drop the weapon, but refuses, my first response is take cover, assess and engage with the man. He could be a cop, off duty, licensed to carry, a PI, or a bad guy. In either case, I'm behind cover and wisely so, because I'm a difficult target, can get a bigger picture of what's going on. This officer shot 2 innocent men, citing fear as an excuse. Training overcomes fear, even though its natural. That's why they're supposed to be trained professionals. If your killing innocent people, based on fear and serious lapse in judgement, you don't deserve or need a badge. The chief was wise in his assessment and obligation to protect the public. The cop chose that job, and gets paid to do it. Do putting his life on the line was his choice. Innocent, unarmed people are not allowed that choice when getting killed by cops so in fear that they forget training and methods to safely address situations without getting innocent people injured or killed. The DA is a sorry piece of crap and so is the arbitrator. Like a parasite or infectious disease corrupting legal and moral fibers of police agencies.

As a white male 71 years old since I was a young teenager I have seen this over and over and over and it's getting worse . our government and their gang they call law enforcement hate the black race and wish to annihilate them as best I can see from videos. There are many in my race that make me feel shameful of their Acts. I have no idea what it would feel like to be of the black race in America but I think it's got to be hard that when you leave your house in the morning to know if you meet up with law enforcement you'll probably never see your home again in the flesh. God created all the races and when he was through he said it is good!! America looks very awful if you stand back and take a good look around.
