Firedrums 2014 Workshop Recap: Willow - Spherical Spinning and Floor Plane Wraps 

Here's a recap of my workshop on spherical spinning and floor-plane wraps or body bouncing.
In this workshop I try to convey an avenue of poi that I enjoy for its lack of technical conventions. I love tech poi, and this is also lovable: a sensation-based way of spinning that invites tangles, isolations, pirouettes and movement.
