nope the only thing that can effect break dmg is break effect, character level, def shred and res pen

If you mean increased damage taken from his LC effect, then yes, it increases the break damage. Because, increase damage taken is not the same with damage boost so it will affect the break damage.

​@@suggagugkies it definitely can , vulnerability is part of the equation or also known as "increased damage taken" debuff it also affects both super break and break as well it is proven. Boothill skill puts vulnerability debuff whoever he duels with.
