Firehouse vocalist CJ Snare passed away on April 5th.I have a wall, cabinet, and desk of autographs in my den. Some autographs are of presidents, actors, and other well known celebrities, I looked around and literally an autographed photo of CJ Snare (when I saw Firehouse in concert in 2002 ) is in the highest position on my wall, RIP CJ, he truly made this world a better place.
Amazing that he was out there performing like this *WITH* stage 4 cancer ravaging his body. I remember seeing this video before he died not knowing he was sick at all, and I just thought "WOW...his voice is gone, and age is really catching up with him." like so many other aging singers from that era. But watching this video now knowing what he was going through my impressions are much, much different. To even be out there as sick as he was, keeping it to himself, with all of that energy and charisma...that's about the most impressive thing you'll ever see. RIP +++
Adrii sang this song on the America's got talent stage way better, and way more stably than the original vocalist. I strongly recommend listening to it.
You have to consider the age and the health condition of CJ snare. You have to listen to the recorded version and live performance of this band during their primes.
Was he playing keyboards at the same time? Was he 64 years old? Did he write the song? Will he ever write anything himself and make his own song better than anything from Firehouse!? I think not! Things to consider.
