this is not zero marketing. it is zero media spends. There is a difference. This very interview is a part of marketing. Metal card, cash back is also part of marketing.
I’m guilty of using a similar method when announcing my PA role.. there was just such a high volume of applicants and I didn’t know how to filter them. One of my biggest problems at the time was driving user acquisition for downloads of our app. I thought, if this person is here to support me, maybe they can help with this task. It shows they understand the product and believe in the companies mission. Ultimately I was hoping to learn new feedback and adapt the product. I didn’t know they expected to be paid minimum wage in the process.
The product is unique - I and my colleagues use it for couple of months already and are fascinated by it. The most cool feature for me is the auto-tagging of expenses and stats I got - I changed some of my spending habits thanks to it. Saying all that the superior attitude and the dead end questions of the interviewer are very annoying! Good luck to the Revolut team and looking forward to the new features!
Lily Grozeva I also love the budgeting feature. Before I had to use two different apps. I’m happy to join Revolut and help them with their global expansion plans.
Just open account for which they asked for 10 pounds to activate the account so I went along with this. if you want a premium card the cheapest is £6.99 a month .I could not see overdraft facility or to move account over. Also wanted to see how quickly I could transfer money from this account to another UK account which will take 48 hours for money to arrive the other account, week for an account 10 times better than others I think is rubbish. I also bank with Starling and they are the top at the moment .
It's not got a switching facility yet I don't think, their bank account is provided by Llyods in Uk. They just got their banking licence today. Transfers to a UK bank account are processed through Swift and are instant.
