this band is what fused my personality. some people say it makes us demented, but you know what? if you say Miley Cyrus, I sing Atreyu if you say Bieber's pop, i yell heavy metal if you dare sing jonas brothers, I SCREAM FIREWIND!!!!!!!!!!!! some poeple hate on me for not being a conformist, but im glad i went my way they tried to take me to hell but i found my own little heaven up here

i have seen them live has guest band for Stratovarius gig, and boy for me i enjoyd to watch what ive seen, and canot wait for a oportunity to a gig from FIREWIND here in Birmingham UK !! is one i simply don't want to lose the frantic exitement these guys bring!! bands like FIrewind deserve serius respect!!;)

These guys are better than dragonforce. Dragonforce shows off with weird tricks and ultra-fast music. They don't sound that great live. These guys play good music and this video is proof that they sound GREAT live. Gus G. is amazing. This is a joy to the ears.

They're in two different keys, and two different time signatures. Of couse they won't resemble each other if you play them at the same time. Listen to one, THEN the other. The instrumentation, note choice, and buildup are VERY similar.

Bear in mind, that they're not supposed to sound the same, and I'm only comparing the intros. The two songs themselves sound nothing alike, once they go into full swing, if you know what I mean.

@AceSamFrehley Maybe not the new metallica, but the Kill'em All - Ride The Lightning - Master Of Puppets - Justice Metallica. I think their songs and riffs are far more heavier than firewind's. And about Kirk Hammett, I 100% not agree. He's not limited at all. He can play uberfast and put emotion in his guitar solos. And the volcals? C'mon you gotta admit that Hetfield's volcals are better than Apollo's.

@jbowling74 No doubt Ozzy has far outgrown his peak, with recent music not making much of an impact. Though if referring to peak popularity and effect in the rock/metal culture, no one will remember the name Firewind. ESPECIALLY not over Ozzy Osbourne.
