Even the HOA is affordable.Walking distance to a Super WalMart.5 minutes drive to 101 restaurants. Can't find that in Orange County. Eagle Creek was the video we showed of the spacex launch out the back area. I like it! No CDD (less taxes), gated, nice selection of home style types (townhome, single story, large 2 story) and a close proximity to Lake Nona proper. The traffic on narcoossee is something to conisder.
