Currently, I have been jobless for a few months due to several reasons. First, I am not getting calls for interviews. Second, when I do get interviews and make it through a couple of rounds, I am not selected even after completing the tasks. Third, some companies require me to sign a bond for 2-5 years. I am also frustrated with mid-cap companies because, whenever they experience losses, they either ask us to resign due to downsizing or fire us without notice.

Pre covid most of the companies followed below salary structure now things are going back to pre covid era. Fresher - 3 lac 0-2 Yr- 5-7 lac 2-3 7-10 lac 3-5 10-15 lac 5-7 15-20 lac These were the salaries we used to get after switch if we stayed in same company it would be much lower

Untill one should have sufficient experience don't teach. Encourage to build skills, Encourage to increase efficiency. Indian IT industry is seriously lacking skilled resource. Focus on those and guide. CTS, TCS, Infosys..are temporary but parmenent is knowledge and skill.
