Between all the rain and wind there was a few hours of some super fun waves at Fort Point in San Francisco which sits right under the Golden Gete Bridge! Definitely one of the best Novelty waves in the world!

That little section is called Cobra's, named after the late Scott "Cobra" Schofield who used to surf it by himself many decades ago. It's a rare treat when it happens.

Yep. There are other little names for the spots as they get closer to the fishing pier that only work on massive swells when the sand is right. But I'll let them remain nameless for now. Just wanted to pay a little homage to the late, great Cobra.@@dgfilms264

Who knew you could ride the smaller waves under the giant bridge? I am fascinated by the shimmering little waves and the brave surfer who disappear into them. Gorgeous photography!
