I'm trying to update the Gaffer Control28, but it doesn't find the USB memory stick when I plug it in. I've also tried installing the firmware update with a USB cable directly from my Mac. Still nothing. I've also formatted the memory stick to ExFat format and the stick itself is USB 3.1. Any ideas or recommendations are much appreciated!
I have the same problem! Tell me how you dealt with it? formatted USB stick to FAT32, no response. There are also no recommendations on the manufacturer's website. I'm starting to think that I should have bought Exolux
