Do you need a separate battery for the mask even when you plug the base with an usb cable. Because only the base light up and not the mask..?

The batteries are an 18500 Rechargable Li-Ion and some LR44's, I think.

I use a regular mini USB cable and I power it with a USB power c Oi injector like the ok me for iPhone, you can also power or with your PC USBs

Mine’s having problems where the base works but the eyes fade and flicker. :((

I can try to change the power source, that happened to me when I used a power bank that it wasn't that strong

I can't put together the stand with the mask, it's like it doesn't fit in and I don't want to damage it with too much presure 😭

I'm having the same problem. I'm looking through the internet if I have to plug force it. Were you able to find out how it attaches to the base?

I just put mine today, you have to slide it in at an angle not straight in
