First Amendment Audit - "Just Fartin' Around" turns into threat of arrest by Sheriff. FAA 1AA 

I parked in the visitor parking lot of the Potosi Correctional Center in Potosi, MO. This was my experience while visiting the public areas. This is the first time I have been threatened with arrest for filming in public, I was ill prepared by circumstance. I am going to file a complaint with the Washington County Sheriff's Department to try and get the trespass lifted or at least given a clear length of time. I would have asked for a supervisor but it felt like he would rob me of my freedom before they might arrive on scene. The Sheriff's cadence made it clear he had no interest in investigating, the conclusion was made before he arrived. So he violated my rights, threatened me with arrest, and trespassed me from public despite no crime committed. I
I am working on some other stories as well. This is not an outlier.
