You're going to do just fine Tom. Myself (gay) and a good friend Jessica (lesbian) just had a baby a little over a month ago and I have to tell you, I am so in love with the little guy. Both Jess and I can spend all day staring at him. We conceived via a home fertilization kit. We weren't sure how it was going to take, but it did, fairly easy I might add. Jess went to full term with him. He's healthy and beautiful. I didn't really know what to expect when I became a dad but I feel I'm a natural. I was in the delivery room when he was born and was with them in the hospital till we came home. I was the first to change his dirty diaper too!! LOL! I loved every moment of it, it truly is life changing and for the best. Look forward to what's to come, it is such a special time that you will never regret. I know I haven't. James

how beautiful the baby , I think that in spite of your failed attempts to make her laugh, it will be you and lance good parents. They should make a video together, taking care of the baby.

It really is different when it’s your own baby. You will do amazing and figure it out as you go along. No matter what there is never a book that tells you how to be a parent. It’s something you figure out with your baby on your own. Good luck to you guys.
