@@lifeina4wd❤️from overseas, I had no idea this type trailer was something someone had made so am very glad to have found the vid! I was trying to picture how this would be done best and so the flip top aspect is what really caught my attention.
@@adamheskett6245 ahhh makes sense then! We are in Australia so the steering wheel goes on the right haha. We have the whole build series of the trailer online if you wanted to check it out?
@@lifeina4wd will check out for sure, not as worried about rust as much probably use some similar ideas with a roof top tent I have. Boat + camp all in one not too bad! Basically next to Kansas here. Landlubbers. Is there anyone by chance just set the steering wheel smack dab in the middle!
@@lifeina4wd awesome! Looking forward to that! Just a point to consider, you've got your jerry's mounted to the rear of the trailer. Reversing into the salt water to launch, you might contam your jerry of fuel or water. Might be worth moving them onto the draw bar?
It won’t fit under the hull of the boat unfortunately, this was the only spot we could put them. We are regularly checking them for damage and they are brand new so if we see any cracks dents or leaks we’ll definitely reconsider.
Hi Darren, We'd be delighted to show you our trailer. Unfortunately we are current in Melbourne and headed over to Tasmania tomorrow. We are originally from the Sunshine Coast but if we swing back via Mackay we'll be sure to reach out.
