Don't know where you guys come up with all the good ideas but it's 10 degrees here in Western Iowa today and my new 22 inch adventure is sitting in the box waiting to be seasoned and have it first cook. Holy chet! First off... The eggs on there look as they come out perfect! (And, eggs and salsa🤷♂️🤣) My brother-in-law lives in New Mexico, and last time Lisa visited she brought home a bunch of different hatch chiles! I love the finish in the cheese, too! Awesome cook brothers!

The cheese recovery was good! If you shred your own from a block you might find it melts better especially with the non stick surface. Packaged shredded cheese seems to cook a bit different than fresh shredded. Great video guys.

Just made this one and turned out pretty good. We only had cheap tortillas at the house. That would have made it rock. Super thin tortillas from the Mexican food store. Still a great find. Thanks boys.

GRIDDLE ON!! I have made these in the past with the same ingredients, so I know how amazing they tasted. It looks like to me, that this griddle is more level so it doesn’t run to the back corner.

Canned hatch green chili? probably a decent alternative for the NM green chili experience. However when I come to Florida I need to bring you at least 20lbs of fresh frozen roasted green chili, of course I'll have to bring another 20lbs for my aunt who lives there also. As long as it's frozen it'll keep forever. Wish you could smell it when it's being roasted, it's incredible. As always I love your cook's and like seeing you guys make a good time of it. (Or the pit boss) Single serve spam if you can find it if not slice off the loaf fry spam with a over easy to over medium egg on Jalapeno cheddar bagel with spicy brown mustard if can't find bagel use sourdough English muffin. That breakfast burrito was picture perfect, looked so good. Man I love Taco Bell sauces. My favorite is Fire because I like the flavor. I don't think it's really that hot. I do like spicy food though. Oh, and I think I could just roll anything into cheese and it would make it glorious. I love how the eggs cook on the non-stick surface, amazing. Now I want one of those griddles. I need to build an outdoor kitchen. I am planning on extending the patio this year, so hopefully soon! 2022 for the win! I am literally all over the place. lol. Oh, man. I LOVE a good breakfast burrito! I love the cheese on the outside and the addition of the hatch chili. I'll give you guys a break for liking Taco Bell mild sauce (fire is my favorite). But, something I don't think I can forgive is the lack of sour cream! That's like a taco without taco sauce! 😂

Second cook and I'm already halfway down the rabbit hole. My local store doesn't have these yet, but I'm looking hot and heavy! That being said, new device means I gotta start all over with the helpful (sometimes) comments: Those eggs were ready after the first 30-45 seconds. Always pull scrambled eggs while they're still wet so they don't dry out. Toss on the chili's and onions just to heat up and soften, THEN add your eggs. Pull them when they look glossy. You'll have fluffy, soft eggs every time. It looks like you guys shredded the cheese instead of using prebagged? CUDOS!!! Adds a ton of flavor and just melts so much prettier! WTG my Bros!!! Can't wait to see where this tunnel is gonna take us!! #BITTBOSSENVY #BRETTHASITEASY #CANNONSTRONG!!!!

I’ve also noticed the right side is ALOT hotter on my Pitt Boss Sierra then my left side. I wonder why? Could it be that the right side have two individual burners and the left side have that U shape burner? 🤷🏻♂️
Thank you for watching fam! I believe it may also be due to the fact that the propane feeds in from the right - that coupled with the two tubes versus the “U” shaped tube. We still get adequate heat on the left, it’s just much higher on the right. Uneven hearing surfaces are common with all griddles though, we just use the zones to our advantage. The new griddle really shines when cooking eggs. By the way, today I solved a mystery. You guys have always reminded me of “someone” but I could never pull that file from the depths of my memory. Today I discovered the very random “someone” that my brain has been hiding from me. I am 37% convinced one or both of you appeared in the kids show the “Aquabats Super Show” as the character Crash McLarson around 10-12 years ago.

Pots and pans typically lose the “non-stick” after time. I realize you’re just getting started here but wondering what you have heard about the ability to re-coat or season once the ceramic coating starts to come off? I have been considering to buy a pit boss but this concern has me hesitant right now.

I don’t know I’m feeling kinda some type of way I’m not being negative but what happened to blackstone are we not doing this anymore… I bought blackstone after watching you guys… I’m not sold on using silicone utensils it don’t seem right on the griddles.. well I guess I’ll look forward to the cooks I just watched Todd and betty and the others at the blackstone facility for the cook off and I didn’t see you guys there would have been cool to see you guys also in on that thing…
