A lot better than England. I drove buses for First for 5 years and all we had were Clapped out street lites and Streetdecks. We did have a few B7TL Gemini and B9TL Gemini 2 which were lovely to drive. Streetlites were the most uncomfortable horrible sweaty buses, dreadful.
They have better technology in the transport museum, instead of subsidizing battery powered buses, we should be investing in overhead lines- far safer! No massive battery fires to risk and just far more efficient, costs a little more at first, but you do't have to junk the bus when the battery goes bad!
