All our queens of Panther Nation will definitely enjoy looking at this guy on Sunday 🙏🏾🙏🏾😂😂. He helped bring Seattle their first Superbowl in 2014 and If he turned baker into a division winning QB in 2023 hopefully we'll get that for Bryce and this offense to compliment that hardworking Defense. Tepper isn't my favorite owner by any means but at least he realized with Frank last year that what's going to help this team is legacy pieces that made this team special in the first place especially with Morgan now as GM. And Coach Canales said it best it's about building trust in each individual player in order to build around them. Definitely a youthful Packers level team now for sure with hopefully some promise to come with the same level of success they and Tampa had last year 💙🖤. This could be diffrent. I hope tepper lets the gm and head coach do there thing. Its gonna take time, work and more talent. I think we just want to see year over year progress. We have been so stale for so long.

He was able to maximize Russ' strength and hide Russ' weakness pretty well in Seattle and turned Geno into a certified starter, he would have no problem with Young, who's extremely talented. If nothing else, he can at least get Young in the right direction.

I like this interview compared to Rhule and Reich. This one gives me confidence that he will het the best out of the team and we will actually be competitive.

I like this guy...he seems wayyyy smarter than Frank or Matt ever did (although I liked Steve Wilks too). I actually have some hope now for the future. If anything, ya'll saw how terrible Baker was under Matt Rhule, and then how Baker performed with Dave Canales....we can only hope he can work that same magic with Bryce....might be his breakout year next season if we can build around him with players other than just Chubba and Theilen.

I truly love the coach hire.. I’m just skeptical of the scouting part. That was the worst roster I’ve ever seen on a field. No coach regardless of how good, ie Bill Bellicheck, can coach garbage into winners.
