Always in search of unique experiences, we decided to take a first class overnight sleeper train in Vietnam rather than the cheaper - and less comfortable overnight sleeper bus. While the train ride certainly didn't feel like a "first class" experience, it was memorable none the less. We shared a cabin the entire way with a Vietnamese couple en route to Da Lat for their honeymoon.
After doing some travel research, we discovered that the bed sheets, blankets, and pillows are not changed after every guest, so before hopping on the train, we went to a local market in Ninh Binh in search of sleeping bags for the journey, only to instead purchase beautiful floral bed sheets to wrap ourselves in - check out our previous video for some bartering tips on buying bed sheets in Vietnam!

We are a couple of full-time travel dreamers who decided to pack up our lives in search of what makes us happy: culture, food, and travel! Since we started travelling together a few years ago, we have been always dreaming of the next adventure.
