Was this easy to install on the performer? I see them being installed on the standard kettle but nothing on performer installation wondering if it’s difficult. Thanks

I had one. Tried to mount it in my Performer. I couldn't get it to mount properly. I gave it away. Maybe if I had your mechanical skills it would have worked out. I have learned how to fine tune the air vents on the performer so I get a nice 225-250 slow cook.

Howdy Sir, it's been awhile. Interesting video. I'm curious if you ever got your IVS to perform how you wanted it to be. Getting ready for spring salmon season over on this side of the hill. I'm expecting to hit the river everyday starting mid to late February. Currently no salmon in the freezer and I need to fix that. Hope we all are soon out of arctic conditions and enjoying some warm weather with cold beers. Have a great day 🌤 👍 😀

Hello Victor. Our lil catering business has really taken off over here and just been crazy busy. We are opening a cafe which we will be serving up some of our more popular bbq selections. We have added salmon to our menu. As far as the IVS I am still struggling with trying to keep the temp down around 250 for long cooks. I plan on using them more this year and get it figured out.

@LouisatRshackBBQ hey happy for you about getting a restaurant started. On the IVS, funny to say mine doesn't like to work above 250°f. She operates at 225 to 250°f really easy though when I fill the water pan. I understand if I wouldn't use the water pan you can get better high temperatures. I'm going to try to full time my catering this year. I still need to make a commissary here on my property.
