Man, actually hearing Reuben voice Dante in this game makes his appearance that much more surreal lol

I knew he was in the game before and in the remaster but I've never seen him in action. He just jumps off of a fucking building jesus that's awesome

Am I the only one who now wants to see DMC V Dante make an appearance in SMT V Vengeance?

Dante: I'm one of the most over the top swordsman in videos games Demi-Fiend: I become one of the most absurdly difficult, optional super bosses in SMT.

This is kind of like a redemption of DMC2 in a way. It's all of the sound effects and model of Dante and his equipment and even his attitude but very much improved and intimidating. This fight was intensely hard, but fun!

It's weird hearing Reuben voice DMC 2 Dante. Makes me want a remake even more.

Damn, this version of Dante is actually really cool. Getting the actual VA is one thing but actually making the character actually feel like him is another thing, yet it looks like they managed to nail it here! :^) This Dante actually sounds like he's having fun with what he's doing, even if the "coffin or dumpster" line does sound a bit off imho. I'm thinking when I get this Game though, I'll do a Japanese Playthrough with Raidou first (which I'd already planned on tbh) and then probably an English Playthrough with Dante. (On another note: I know this Game was originally made before DMC3, let alone 4 and 5, so it's probably too late for them to do it now either way. But it would have been pretty cool to see him switch between his different styles like he does in those Games during the fight. Like switching to RoyalGuard and blocking and or all physical attacks with said RG, or to Trickster which boosts his evasion making him dodge almost any/all attacks physical or magic, and then to Swordmaster/Gunslinger for his respective Gun/Sword attacks as shown here. Who knows? Maybe a Mod on the PC Version could probably do that... ;^) Just a thought.)

It really is cool that Rueben spiced up DMC2 Dante in Nocturne with his voice and dialouges, but i have some nitpick... His Holy Star grunt is umm... Ahahaha, really funny... In fact, I think Rueben try to mimic Matthew's grunts but some comes off really, odd sounding. But hey, it's still good. From Bullet-Time to Twosome Time... Not a bad change, since Twosome Time is a skill from DMC2 and when translated from the japanese text like with Menorah to Candlelabrum, etc. Another... Why they seem to change some of the demons names like Gui Xian to... Xuanwu? Overall, it's a great showcase. Gonna be waiting for the Third Kalpa part. Hope you are able to showcase Dante and Raidou in full... You know what I mean.

One of the coolest things I’ve ever seen in an RPG. I fought Raidou instead in the version I played but this is so awesome to see.

Random thing that doesn't mean anything but is still funny. When I looked at the thumbnail of the video, the time for the video was covering the last part of the phrase, so it just said "Don't take this too PERSONA-"

I am playing the maniax on switch. But Dante didn't appear to me. And I remember saw him after I leave the hospital.
