My recruiter worked with me for about a year and still didn’t stiff me on anything. Massive respect to the recruiters who do their best and love their jobs 🙏🏾
Do you show young kids the video where soldiers are riding quads and tell them they can do that also? Or tell them if they enlist they will get a mustang?
Oh shit ! I went to sniper school with that e6 like a couple of years ago. Super happy for him being a recruiter, I finished my contract and now I am in school . Life is crazy !
I actually went to a army recruiting office to join @18. The recruiter looked at me and told me to lose 20 pounds. Fuck that. Now I am 40 and was able to get a nice cushy local government job. Looking back the recruiter saved me, cause i would have probably got ptsd from basic training.
I am a former Army National Guard recruiter. Be prepared for the most challenging and rewarding duty. You will learn more about the human body and about all kinds of diseases. You will have to deal with helicopter parents. Except the unexpected. Nothing hurts more than when a good applicant backs out at the last minute or switches branches on you. Or when they go to MEPS and bring up stuff they didn’t tell your about. Be prepared for long days.
Reminder that no potential recruit owes you anything. You’re there to serve not be served. If you’re hurt by someone telling you no maybe you chose the wrong profession.
@@NightOwlGamingz it hurts when you put a lot of time and effort on an applicant and they say no. Being a recruiter is a tough job. Recruiters are human too.
You pop up on feed every now and then and I always remember you taking pictures of our cycle, back when I went through basic in fort sill, 2017 glad you’re still in, I only have 14 more months of IRR until I’m completely out
When I went to see an Army recruiter many decades ago, he told me there was no option for the reserves. I turned around and waited a week before going to see the Marine recruiter. The rest is history. Not everyone wants to start on active duty
@@MrFlyboy1313 I took the asvab passed it got a 32 a low score. Disappointed at myself with the score and my job selection is so small. I'm in the army reserves, hate my mos 92M all we do is support sucks
Congratulations Battle, DS now Recruiter that's what's up!!!! You were really motivated as a DS, I'm sure that you'll be an outstanding Recruiter. This we'll Defend Til the end!!!!!
I knew a guy who actually went back to beat up his recruiter, the guy wasn't at the station anymore ,but he was very upset about the Army and his trip to the " Sand box" .
I joined the Army when a recruiter came to my high school. It was honestly one of the best decisions I made. Told him to send me to a unit that is going to Iraq ASAP and he did.
