Can foreigner work in singapore as grab driver, how...the procedure?

Sorry, Cannot i think. Based on MOM site, foreigner are not allowed to work as grab rider: www.mom.gov.sg/newsroom/parliament-questions-and-replies/2019/0904-oral-answer-by-mr-zaqy-mohamad-mos-for-manpower-to-pq-on-fw-in-online-food-delivery#:~:text=It%20is%20illegal%20for%20foreigners,Food%20Panda%20and%20Grab%20Food. And it was stated "singaporean and PR above 18 only"- www.grab.com/sg/driver/deliver/
