Week ago my study counselor applied 2 programs on behalf of me for fall 2023 in NBCC, Saint Johns. I am in doubt that they are lying to hide their mistake, as they forgot to apply for secondary program. Because the payment receipt they shared to me was not of NBCC portal and secondary program was also not showing as well, only primary is showing. I asked them, seat for welding technology is not available for fall 2023, then how you applied it? They said we applied it for winter 2024. Also they're not sharing my profile's final application submission form with me, so get idea how they processed my application, but they keep saying NBCC will send me a confirmation mail within a week. My question is, are they're telling truth? If not, is there any possibility to apply for secondary program for fall 2023. As in the international seat availability, the secondary preference program is not showing for fall 2023. Is there any chance that it would return on the portal. I heard sometimes if any candidate failed to complete the application process on time, so their seats given to another candidate. Also, today they told me we have tie-up with an intermediate firm in Canada, so we directly not deal with college. Kindly guide me, I can't understand what type of circumstance they're creating ?
