I'm starting uni this year and the first advice my parents and their friends have told me was not to be scared of not knowing. When they were going to classes they didn't understand some words or topics either and it's totally okay. You will finally get it ♡
I’ve just started at Edinburgh uni for law and international relations and I WISH my first year didn’t count :(( so much stress and we’ve literally just started
@@hunninao2194 yeh at Edinburgh you can only study Scots law. I’m actually at Dundee university now though lol, Edinburgh didn’t work out. At Dundee you can study dual qualifying law which qualifies you to study in both England and Scotland :)
thank you so much for this video! it made me feel so much better about uni starting next week.. also starting second year & first year was like hell, barely passed 2 classes out of 10. i know it doesn’t matter neither does anyone care about that, but it stresses me out & makes me so anxious to just think about the exams. so good luck to everyone & to everyone who needs to here this: you’re not alone in this & you’ll get through it.
I'm currently in 7th grade right now and I'm addicted to this kind of video because it's my dream to go to university but i still have like at least 6 years and I still need to wait. The question I've been wondering is how to keep up our schedule productive? I'm sometimes so lazy to do stuffs so I need suggestions :) tyyy. Note : You are one of my favorite RU-vidr cuz you inspire me :)
loved seeing and hearing how your first day went! and I think it's so good that you want to focus on your mental health & wellbeing in general, I think that's so important, because if you're not feeling great, it's a lot harder to do your work and be productive. I want to focus on that more aswell! I wish there was a barre class at my uni, I think I would really like that. But maybe I'll start going to a pilates class or something :) X

I'm looking into applying to University of Edinburgh, I was wondering how you found your housing :) Through a website or student community or through friends/relatives?
could you maybe do a video on your overall experience of first year, like making friends and going out etc? how did you meet your friends, was it a gradual thing or in freshers? loved this video !!
ive done this already! xx ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-WVuv7ONLvdg.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aynaS2SYhEk.html
I went to Edinburgh uni open day yesterday (i wanna study film & tv) and they told me only 4 Scottish students get into this course. So I've lost so much hope now :(
That counting towards your honours class really annoyed me. I thought all the years counted so I worked in the first and second, by the time I got to my 3rd year I was exhausted and a few things went wrong and only got 2.2. If I'd have known the last year only contributed to the honoues I'd have done next to nothing in the first 2 and got pass results and then pulled all the stops out in the final, being fresh of mind still.
Hi!! First time watching. Subscribed! xx :) I wanted to ask, I live in Africa, which means my currency isn’t dollars lol and I’d still like to use skillshare. Is there anyway I can work that out? Issit available to all countries? Thank u
