I was an Operating Room health professional for over 45 years. People normally don't die on the operating table. You won't die on the table because you won't be allowed to. In my entire career I saw two patients pass away on the Op. Room, both because of traffic accidents and of course I will never forget the experience. For those who are immigrants from the Middle East we cannot always achieve what we want. We are a nation of alliances all over the world both economic, military and humanitarian. The Arab/Israel conflict has been going on for over 75 years. The Palestinian people chose Hamas as their political leader and the Israeli choose Netanyahu as their leader. Both failed their respective people.Hamas when they choose to attack Israel failed to count the cost to their people let alone the sacking of their land. You do not go into battle without counting the cost. They knew that Netanyahu would attack them hard without reverence for human life. What were they thinking to somehow influence the American electorate in an election year? Well I have heard and seen it all for over 55 years and it is a cycle of never-ending violence without any easy answer. When two opposing sides keep doing the same thing over and over without anyone choosing a different path, then change will never be achieved.
