We always appreciate feedback. Our main goal with our EVO production is getting it as close to a 1:1 replica as possible. Obviously this comes with some slight trade offs unfortunately. We address a lot of the 'negative' points in our upcoming BOOST and CNC editions, you should try one of those 😉 Each one is hand built in our DK head office by a small team, so these are all made with love, not by a soulless machine 🙃 Oh and we are totally a 10/10 not a 4.5/10 😅 #notbiased -JB

Hey ASG! glad you liked the video, I know I am quite rough in the rating department 😅 and maybe it was little coloured by not being the right person for the pew 🙃 But it sounds cool with the upcoming BOOST editions, maybe you should even send one of those for a review if you feel like it would be a good collab. But as I did say in the video, It does shoot quite well, and it's only 1,3J compared to the 1,69 jules I am used to.. Anyone I gave it to, to play with had fun, and said it was better then their own pew. I am also working on a grading system, where I compare it to other guns in it's price range or a little under or above, with a shooting test, where it's not compared to any of my over the top stuff

I've been looking at reviews before buying my first softgun, this is the first negative review I've stumbled upon. It was nice to see it not get another glowing review, I might still end up buying it, but the negativity was appreciated :)

Got me a ASG scorpion a while back. Personal I love it but what you say is true. the CNC hop up does improve accuracy and bb lift but also drops your FPS by like 50 feet per second and so is problem, not worth the price in my opinion. The Selector switch was an issue for me too but I think its the ergonomics of the pistol grip. It kind of makes your hand slip up as you run around causing you to flick the switch , I just strapped a thick cable tie round the top of the grip to help with my hand slipping up, seems to have worked for me.

I agree with you so much, it shoots well, but there is some super wonky things about it! But it sounds so good out of the box! good vid and nice points!

Skorpion can lift 0.4 in stock ;)with upgraded spring guide and m125 spring u can shoot about 1.7 -1.9 depending from the replika and its nice. That beeing said... after 2 years and 3 sorpions i waitng for my MTW9 xD

Out of the box its actually a pretty decent gun BUT it can always be better. Trigger wise its always a matter of taste, not all like the speedtrigger, some like real feel also for milsim. The selectorswitches i agree on, they should have fixed that ages ago. Last, its no M4, i can see you havent really gotten used to it, new platform, new ways to “treat” it, so the switch thing i would call user error, and the hop-up unit, unless you switch ammo constantly you set it once to your prefered bb weight and forget about it.

Trigger wise is matter of taste sure, I like to be able to change my hop, if I decide to some crazy shots or something on the field or need less hop etc, but we all do things different 👌🏻

@@kaslab yup as i said if you dont use it in your game then it will do fine, but if you do then yes its an issue, i used a little allen key tool which helped a lot on the adjustments, but im an M4 platform man so it had to move on.

You can get a cnc trigger as a upgrade There is a easy mod to stiffen up the slectors The stock hop can be adj with a allen key you if have fat fingers syndrome

First yes you could buy their "cnc trigger, or they could install it from the factory" it's a pretty expensive AEG, so shoud prob come with it. Second, I never heard about the mod sadly, but if it's known to be a issue, they should do something from the factory, they have produced this evo for quite a while. Third, Not sure if my fingers are fat at all, but it should not be a problem to change, it should not need a allan key to change my hop.. Good I know there is custom parts on the way ; )

@@kaslab it's a mid price aeg there are aeg out there that are a lot more £££ Why would they give it you it would raise the cost of the rif so they leave it to the owner to purchase or it a way to get a bit more cash put of you With the hop unit there is limited room hence the design the hop unit is a 1/3 of the size of a m4 unit compromises have to be made in some places, and yes the cnc hop unit from asg is trash so don't get the airtac hop wheel is good to have and so is the stock stabiliser

i heard the cnc hop unit is out of spec and needs dremeling to even work with shit and even then its more up to how good of a job u do

also the mags are so small cus the knowledge of making hi midcap wasnt a thing when this gun came out and also to look like the real thing

Evo is 1 to 1 hence the evo mags being 1 to 1 the mt-9 uses the same mags and in the mt9 you can't even use the evo high caps so you've got mids and that's it

@Kaslab Airsoft the high caps are function over form there some of the best high caps on the marker imo, pts ones were anonced years ago I can't see them coming out ever. Asg have rules they have to follow rules too set out by CZ that's another reason for the 1 to 1 size of the mids and pts being 120 maybe isn't that much more it not like a m4 200 cap

a real evo boi! Glad you agree with something I said then :D Was afraid the evo bois would get triggerd because I had some negative feedback, but I mean there are good and bad in everything.
