I loved seeing your haul! A couple weeks ago I picked up Leaves, Vanilla Pumpkin Marshmallow, Cranberry Woods (which I’ve always wanted to try and was bummed it didn’t come out last year), Pumpkin Cinnamon Bun, Pumpkin Peanut Brittle, Banana Walnut Muffin, and Pumpkin Apple and I’m going to try my very best to not get anything else until candle day, which is usually when I get my holiday/winter scents. I will definitely be needing a Marshmallow Fireside then!
I enjoy my Autumn 🍁decor, dishes, & kitchen linens most of the year. I loved Halloween as a kid but I’ve loved Fall my entire life, starting with a grade school art project using 🍁 Autumn leaves. So far, not impressed by B&BW Fall offerings. White Pumpkin is not new this year; I have beautiful jars from the past 2 years. Cider Lane has been a fave, but it had been completely redone this year - bourbon (yuck!) 🫢 is added. I love Cranberry Woods, too. ❤️ Wild Berry Spritzer is worth getting my nose on. 🧛🏽🧟♀️🧌🍁🍁🍁🎃🎃🎃 return policies are changing with Bath & body Works and I am starting to appreciate those changes because we are receiving better sales and coupons because of the changes that are made with the return policy. And the return policy began changing at specific stores over a year ago and will be implemented throughout post stores pretty soon.
@@avagreene3624 Well for example at my store it's been happening for over a year now. You cannot do even exchanges if you purchased a candle on sale and you try to exchange it when the candles are not on sale, you have to make up for the price of the candle. So if you're going to purchase candles on sale, you better really make sure you like them or you're going to have to be very strategic when you exchange them.
Not sure where you live but that won’t happen where I live. A lot of BBW candles aren’t up to par like they used to be. Exchanges are a must,especially when I see people bring in also their body creams that have turned to yellow,chunks coming out(just an example) the product wasn’t even close to a year old. If this would happen with our stores here,BBW would go out of business. A huge tourist town also. Products are supposed to last 2 to 3 years. The wallflower plugs last like less than a year. They say right on our BBW site they should last 2 years if not can exchange them out.

Oh man! I had hyperemesis with two out of three of my pregnancies. In the hospital being fed through a Picc line for months. Morning sickness is no joke! I don’t miss that! 😂
Ugh it's the worst, isn't it??? I remember going to my very first appointment when I was 6 weeks along with Stella. I knew I was pregnant VERY early on because I started getting ILL around 4-5 weeks, violently ill. Took a test and the line was so faint but it was there. I was on Zofran for most of my pregnancy although it only took the edge off. I ate plain white boiled potatoes for the longest time because I could keep it down lol. Were you able to work??? I had to go in at the time and I would have a vomit bucket under my desk. Used it regularly. My office mates loved me (I am the type that doesn't really hold the vomit well till I make it to the bathroom lol!!! - WORST office mate EVER award goes to me.)
@@MrKongsMom no, I had to go on disability because of the hospital stays and I had to carry a food bag around with me because it was the only way I could get nutrition into my body. I think I was off work for about the first six months and then it started to get a little better. The things we women have to go through! ❤️
I know that white pumpkin was there last year because I bought a couple and still jave some left to burn. I love that candle! Love the ginger scent in it. It's quite spicy, but sweet!
Love White Pumpkin! Leaves has become too much for me, so I bought Harvest Gathering instead. Kinda a muted Leaves, I think. 🍂🍁🍂 Anxious to try the plum one, too!

I do put out a few favorite Halloween decore in my home, I love Halloween lol a lot of people do in my state of Ma. Most people have been to Salem ( so much fun) during Halloween at least once and we have a lot of haunted hayrides, haunted houses, it definitely puts you in the mood. I decided not to buy any fall BBW this season I have to many to work through from last years….great video as usual!
Yes! Salem for Halloween and Plymouth Plantation are guaranteed school field trips and family outings. I'm on South Shore, back in my hometown of Hingham, but lived in Plymouth for 11 years.
First time watching your reviews. Awesome. I loved Halloween as a child, more than Christmas if you can believe it. But as an adult, I am not into celebrating Halloween at all!
Yes!!! Wild Berry Tea Spritzer smells just like Raspberry Mimosa, I had to pull both out and sniff them side by side. I think WBTS smells slightly more herbal but barely. I was hoping it was going to be Blackberry Tea Leaf. However - loved the haul! Can’t wait for fall burning!
I am also not into Halloween although BBW has such cute decor this year but I’m holding back because Halloween doesn’t last long! As for Maple. I’m a lover…even Maple bars at donut shop! My favorite fall candles are Marshmallow Fireside (although a bit light) and Maple Bourbon….Love it!
For maple done perfectly, you might want to try Candleberry’s Hot Maple Toddy. It’s the perfect combination of (not too) sweet and fruity! And it’s not just a room filler! It’s a house filler!! While I love my BBW candles (I have over 500 of them…yes, I’m fully aware that’s insane), Candleberry is my all time favorite brand due to scent choices and performance. Candleberry, IMO, leaves all others in the dust, including the many higher end “boutique” candles that I’ve tried.
I'm all about fall...but not Halloween! Its a day thing...not a season..I have a small amount of warmers I put out (for the day) but thats it! I however Love all fall things..Thanksgiving..etc!!

I would love to know your first candle and scent wax lineup when you do you’re switch to fall scents. What are you lighting and melting first to set the stage? Do you have a tradition or just go with what your feeling on that day? For me it’s always the day I decorate my house and it is usually autumn or pumpkin apple from bath and body works. Sometimes it’s leaves but it stays 100 degrees in redding until October so I usually wait for leaves until well into September because it’s so heavy.
Nice haul! I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't celebrate Halloween. Fall is my favorite time of year so I go all out for that. I love Marshmallow Fireside, White Pumpkin, and Cranberry Woods! I would recommend the new White Barn Salted Caramel Old Fashioned for something different. Scent notes are Salted Caramel, Special Reserve Bourbon, and Orange Peel Garnish. It's so good!! I just ordered another one.
@@MrKongsMom I know what you mean. Caramel can be a bit much. I really think this has a nice balance between the three scents. If you see it at the store, give it the finger test to warm it up a bit and see what you pick up. Hope you like it! 😊
Ohhh I absolutely love cranberry woods , my favorite ever and I know u used to love it is YC in cranberry chutney , not the same as it used to be but I miss that strong cc soooo much ! Also my pomegranate one from bbw is a fave ! I absolutely love it !

Great haul! I was interested to hear you talk about the cranberry woods candle. I may check it out when I go to Bath and Bodyworks next time. I think I may get the pumpkin carving but I absolutely LOVE sweater weather! :)

I got the plum scent it is beautiful. I was a little disappointed in cranberry woods this year. The ones at my store were not very strong which is a bummer as I burn that one from fall to winter as well. Maybe I’ll try another store.
I love Halloween decor more than Fall. I think a lot of the fall decor is ugly and not my vibe. But I end up doing a mesh of Halloween with a tiny bit of fall that I think is cute. Lol!
It does smell like raspberry mimosa but I like it. I picked up sunrise woods which is absolutely amazing to me and cranberry cinnamon plum now that one is different but on cold it's really good.
You've reviewed White Pumpkin a few years ago. I remember I ordered it after seeing the review. If I remember right, you said it was creamy pumpkin with nutmeg. I hate Leaves. I get a strong bad sour (as in rotten food) note which I can't take. Thought I got a bad one 1st time , but just how my nose takes the scent. Autumn, Cranberry Woods & Marshmallow Fireside are must have needed fall scents & why we all stay with BBW.
You are correct! I looked through my candle reviews and it was totally out before. I really don't even recall burning it lol. Too bad about Leaves for you, but I get it. It's also SUPER intense. It's a no joke scent lol. Back when BBW was doing great with their candles I remember only being able to leave it lit for about an hour or so at most. It would LINGER like a champ lol.
I bought some new fall scents this year. I finally caved and bought Pumpkin pecan waffles based solely on the reviews. Cold smell I'm eh about. Harvest Gathering which seems to be a milder Leaves. Pumpkin Bonfire..excited for cause smells heavenly cold. And last The Perfect Autumn which smells like a spicy Cranberry Woods. I'm good now.
We are rare. I'm not a Halloween person either. I will enjoy the abundance of candy, but that's it. :) BTW, I think you will like White Pumpkin. The ginger is not too much.
Yippee! I LOVE your decorating series!!! These are all BBW staples for me as well. I am excited to try Sunrise Woods in home fragrance. I fell in love with it last year in the body care and plan to stock up this year. It's such a cozy scent. Totally unrelated, but what is that lip color combo you're wearing? I’m not big into Halloween either, I do love fall though. Do you think the cranberry woods candle is stronger than last years? I didn’t pick up any last year because I could barely smell anything on cold, maybe I need to give it another try?
I do this this years is stronger. I don't think I actually picked on up last year because it smelled so light in store. Luckily I had some leftover from previous years to tide me over.

Vanilla pumpkin marshmallow😍😍 just picked this up yesterday and I’m obsessed! It smells similar to marshmallow fireside but no smoky note. Does anyone know if this is a new scent or returning?
Vanilla Pumpkin Marshmallow came out several years ago for the first time. I purchased a literal TON of it lol. Then got tired of it and probably sold about 10 of them on Mercari. Honestly, I can't stand the scent now lol. Something about it comes off as weird to my nose now. I am not entirely surprised because the older I get the more my nose seems to change and evolve.
Thanks for the feedback. Still figuring out my new camera. I have to have a ring light back here on this part of the house because the natural lighting is mostly non existent. There are still more buttons to explore and push on the new camera so stay tuned.
Can you recommend any pumpkin candles that do not have cinnamon or spice? I swear BBW pumpkin carving used to smell more pumpkin and less cinnamon than it does now. It seems like every fall candle has an overwhelming cinnamon smell to it .
Hum, personally I can't really think of any pumpkin scents that don't contain the typical "fall spice mix" - which usually has cinnamon mixed it. I feel like the times that I have tried pumpkin carving (even back in the og days of it) it has alway contained the cinnamon. Do you feel like you might be becoming more sensitive to it? I am that way with maple, caramel and mint these days. Cannot deal with much of it in my candles and if it is in there is HAS to be done right. I just smelled my Fall 2022 Kringle Sugar Pumpkins and it seems very light on the cinnamon (but I have not burned it). You might want to get a daylight in that and see how you feel about it. It's more just creamy pumpkin then "spice" forward.
I actually just whipped out marshmallow fireside the other day. It’s a year arounder for me. During the summer I like taking it outside and enjoying it while using our outdoor gas fireplace. My only other bbw staple I’d suggest (if they bring it back) spiced cranberry toffee. Sooooo delicious.
Here I am ✋🙋♀️ 😂I’m absolutely not a Halloween 🎃 person! I don’t decorate or buy all the accessories for Halloween either. I don’t like creepy stuff at all. Been watching all the hauls with the luminary haunted house and the eye 👁 ball and creepy hand pedestals thinking I’m so glad I’m not tempted to buy any of that as people are spending big bucks 💰 for everything! The most I do is buy a couple of the cute candles and only burn the scents I like. I definitely decorate for fall but just not into creepy stuff. So I guess we are just the oddball’s haha! I really like the White Pumpkin it’s been out a couple of years. Mine haven’t been too strong on the ginger but don’t have this year’s version. Also ginger brings beautiful memories for me as that was my 17 year old doxies name Ginger who passed away this year 😓😓

I love white pumpkin! That’s my favorite. I’m a very minimal Halloween person myself. I had a ball when our kids were young, but I’ve never been a big decorator. I don’t really like the grossness Of it all. I have one pretty pottery jack-o’-lantern that I put out, and a gourd that my mother painted like a jack-o’-lantern. That’s it. Both of them can be turned around backwards for fall.
I dont do Halloween either. My Husband absolutely loves it, so the week of Halloween i throw him a bone and put this stuff out but otherwise my house is strictly fall. My Grandfather is also German and he definitely did not do Halloween nothing lol. My parents would let us go around for trick or treating and he would aways tell us he never understood it. He would just buy the marked down candy the day after 🤣🤣
I think Halloween has sort of made its way to Germany now, although my own family back there still does not really participate. It just was not a thing for us growing up. Maybe I missed out but we had fasching and I dressed up for that each year before we moved to the states.
I think my Grandfather just didnt like Halloween. I know his family never did any thing like that when he was young. He came to the States as a young teen and he lived with an amish family on and off while in the military, so i think thats why he never understood it lol. There are some stuff he would tell us, but he would never really talk about his parents and siblings with us grandkids or his life before coming here. All he would ever tell us was his "short" story of he wanted to enlist in military and his Father told him no and they faught about it so he left for the States and found an amish family to take him in here so he changed his name and enlisted.
Ohhhh retailers are LOVING the Halloween frenzy lol. Just like every other holiday haha! I'm glad there is at least one holiday that I can save money on haha!
