The guitar work from 3:14 - no joke - might be my favorite 30 seconds of guitar shredding I have ever heard. Chills every freaking time. I never could have imagined something so crazy sounding working with that part of this song.

Where it all began for me. l played the previous Ace Combat games but was with this one, this very stage, that l became a true fan. Hell, l still have my PS2 DVD on my shelf, sadly my console didnt survive the aging. Heartbreaker, Edge, Chopper, Archer, Snowman and ofc, Kid, thanks for the amazing memories. This game gave me more hours played than any "AAA" nowdays would.

The nice thing about the PS2 selling so crazily is that there are plenty left and even being restored out there if you don't wanna tinker with emulation. And don't worry, I'm sure Heartbreak One and Swordsman would forgive you. 😁
