This is the vinyl mastering! The regular version is available for streaming on bandcamp & ULR's youtube channel. Cheers! Instrumental version coming end of 2022.
Technical Death Metal at it's finest. Best album of the year, and the best of this decade so far as far as I am concerned. Masterful, beautiful, and compelling.
Am I the only one that absolutely LOVES this artwork? I just want this to be my main living room piece. Compliments this album like fuel makes the fire go BOOM 💥
@@BirdOfHermes83 in-case he actually looks up Verified Entity it's Vitrified Entity LMFAO no shade tho, who tf ever uses the word vitrified good shit tho
I'm just going to imagine that everyone in the band improvised their parts at the same time and recorded the entire album in one take and called it a day.
When I think of arpeggio and speed metal sounding shred, Pantheum is always what I hear since this album released. The trading leads immediately reminded me of Cacophony and you guys are one of the few modern bands to build off that sound in a technical, yet still catchy way. This album just get's me stoked on guitar, music in general but it makes me want to play!
@@duschendestroyer this album inspired me to build a fretless guitar (not bass, but I will also buy a fretless bass) to try to cover First Fragment on only to get frustrated and quit guitar as well
WOW, this is amazing, I've never heard something like this before and I want much more. This album is flawless and one of my favorites, this band deserves more recognition.
so many bands can make a wall of noise. But this is truly outstanding above all, Ive listened to the album about 3 times now, and each time its just sinking in more and more how special this work is. What a monument!!
The whole album's a gigantic masterpiece, but I think that In'El is really the track that staay stuck in me the most. Each time I listen to it, my brain basically can't process normaly anymore the more the song goes. It's absolutly mesmerizing.
This album made me rethink guitar. I'm not a guitarist, it just hit me different. Never heard anything like this before. I've heard my fair share of tech death, this is just something else.
Wow so this is what the Vinyls I bought sound like (no vinyl player lol)! How is the instrumental version coming along? I heard about it like 6 months ago. Cheers guys! I hope you come to Sweden sometime.
I love this Album/CD! First Fragment is definitely one of my all-new favorite Death/Avante-Garde/Atmospheric metal bands. Very cool. Highly Recommended.
It is out of question that the music is awesome, but I really want to praise the artwork at this point. As a fellow musician and gamer, it reminds me of the Oolacile DLC of Dark Souls. :D
this is such a masterpiece, this has been on repeat since i discovered it last week. hope i can see you guys play it live sometime in wisconsin here. eclectic, technical, fast af yet catchy and groovy and still a wonderfully cohesive album.
I liked Dasein quite a lot, but it didn't scratch the itch that some other bands were. This, though...fuck, where were you hiding this? This is absolutely incredible.
If it's the groove you're into... Gorod have 2 albums (Leading Vision) (Process of a new Decline) that will blow your socks off. Still the absolute pinnacle of the genre over 15 years later imo.
Les musiciens sont Tellement géniaux... Forest est celui qui m'a motivé à apprendre la 6 cordes fretless, merci 🙏 Le chanteur n'aurai pas été dans Spawn of possession ?
Snare sounds better & overall sound is a bit quieter but overall a bit less squashed. Both done by the same engineer but for different purposes & formats. This album has 4 different masterings.
Still to this day, 1:40 is just so f'ing HOT! and still amazed the vocalist didn't damage his voice after recording the vocal chord destroying part at 1:06:40.. I imagine he couldn't speak normally for a while after that recording session.
@@nachfullbarertrank5230 Yes well, it's myself while Dave's vocals are layered under mine. It's usually the opposite as I usually only do backing vocals but this part needed a bit of anger : )
