In the Old Testament, God commanded His people to give their first and best portion of their harvest. Lagi nating tatandaan na hindi tayo lugi kapag inuna natin si Lord dahil God wants us to be blessed. Honor the Lord by giving the best and our blessings will overflow.
By giving our firstfruit, it draws us closer to God. It strengthens our faith dahil nacha-challenge tayo to give wholeheartedly. Most importantly, it is an investment eternally.
If isa ka sa mga nahihirapan kung paano magbigay sa Panginoon, always remember to give thoughtfully and give enthusiastically because God loves a cheerful giver.
