As Ghanaians we are dirty people,not law abiding. When I was a little girl, town council will come and inspect neighborhoods and homes and if one is found guilty, he or she will be taken to court and find. We don't have such things anymore. Look at how they dirty Ghana looks like. Our rivers, lagoons, lakes are drying up. Trees are cut down without replacement.The Indiscipline of Ghanaians are on a different level.
