I don't know if anyone else has told you, but I appreciate your videos. Even though I don't do small lawns and I don't have an official business, your videos are informative. Keep up the great work.
Great set up. I have my Ferris Z1 36 set up with a quick shoot and a accelerator bagger. It can be done my dealer had to do some cutting on the accelerator bagger bracket to make it work. But its a great set up. I can have the shhot open and if I need to bag just throw on accelerator when needed to bag. Or when mulching just close chute. If mulching thick leaves the shoot will open a little to discharge. Hey its a great set up.
Is the gravely good we got a dealership near me wanting to get one and those small tires in the back easier to get stuck or harder to get stuck? Need something that will not get stuck I live in Florida to much water please give me feed back
Does the qwikchute come with all the hardware to mount? i have the 36 pro stance, I was just a little confused about switching that bar to the opposite side.
Can someone help me I just bought the chute blocker for my 36 inch stand up gravely, where do I get the kit to put the bar on the opposite side. The company I bought it from did not seen any of that please help.Prince
Quality Lawn Care Manufacturers, obviously appreciate the #1 Lawn Care Specialists, using new accessories and gaining positive reviews and outcomes. Great video, Johnny and take care. Hope your lawn care customers are happy as well 🤓
A qwik tip Jonny. The little dawg that holds the qwik chute partially open is adjustable. He puts it on the less open position. You can remove the pivot dawg bolt and move it to the lower hole and it will hold the chute open a fee more degrees. What that does is spreads the grass slightly more and prevents a windrow, but not so much it blows the grass ten feet.. I have four of those, would not mow with out them.
I’m curious about how you feel about the tires on the pro stance 32.” I’m having issues with rutting and track marks on my clients lawns. I believe those tires are too small and narrow for that size machine. I’ve tried everything this far, carefully using this unit and watching my turns. I’m taking mine back this week, I plan on trying the 36” pro stance. The 36” pro stance is basically the same size unit as the 32” just different deck width. All the specs are fairly equal between the two. But the 36” is equipped with the proper tires for a 760 pound machine, the tires are wider and thicker with more of a flat rolling surface. I’ve noticed it on a lot of different turf as well. These tires do well on thinner lawns, not the thick lawns Im cutting most of the time. Outside of the tires it’s very comfortable and easy too use, and it fits in every gate. Great unit, tires are trash... Let me know your thoughts. 💪🏾
I'm not having that issue, I slow down before making turns and makes slow three point turns and I also have a Exmark vantage 36" with wider tires. Are you making 3 point turns? I'm sure that you are, Try practising your turns hopefully that will help
Blades of Grass Lawn Care, LLC Thanks fo responding! The problem isn’t only when turning, just riding on some of my lawns at a slow steady pace, I’ll look down and its like the tires are grabbing the lawn. My scag doesn’t do that at all. Just my experience. I’ll see how the 36” works out
That's been a problem since they came out not sure there is a fix try 8 or 10 lbs of tire pressure if the tires are any wider they won't fit the 32 gate good luck my friend
Man when you get to the Point where you are 45 going into 50 years old ....Trust me you don't want to walk 50 or 80 accounts......My walkbehinds Even have sulky ride on now my Thighs start cramping after walking 14 accounts in one day now.I only walk hill side Accounts I just reffer or stay Away from accounts that are Large and they want walk riding Is faster more productive...
I have the Gravely 36 pro stance and I installed the Advanced chute blocker and I HATE it. It adds a couple inches to the side and the handle to open the chute blocker is too far out. I'm going to throw it away and buy this qwick chute
Can you hold it half way open and mow? That was one thing I liked about Grass Flaps, they run off a foot petal and you could open it however much you want
@@Bladesofgrasslawncare upstate New York about 30 lawns a week. I have a toro titan hd 2000 series with 48” deck I was going to try gator blades or go with a mulch kit advance chute blocker on it now most of the time have to double cut lawns slot of leafs wondering which way to go I mow at 2.75 inch most of the time
@@nyccrcsx A mulching kit will pulverize the clippings and leaves were the gator blades without a mulching kit will chop them up but not pulverize them.
I put them on my 2020 hustlers last week 60” 52”stand on. They are very nice it has a close, half open, an all the open slot. I have 2 EX MARKS 60” an 52” with blockers as well. EX MARKS are faster to change is all. I like these better.
Keeping the true width of the deck is a plus Johnny - another great feature is it's designed to still leave room if you're using a side grass/leaf catcher without removing the Chute Blocker. Looking now to see to get one for the Toro Titan Max 👊🏼🧔🇺🇸
The bar notorious of not holding when its tighten. I advise to look into another chute blocker. Eventually it'll come to using your hand to open and close it.
