Can am and Polaris be having power wars while Suzuki and Honda are over here having reliability wars lol

Not exactly… Suzuki makes more power than Yamaha and the same as the brute force 750

Yamaha is not on par with Suzuki or Honda when it comes to fit and finish/build quality this is a two horse race sadly

I have an older king quad and the power steering is also rough in 4x4 and I feel that it is a verry dependable atv. It can work and play verry well. (GO SUZUKI)

Looks nice. But, why hasn't Suzuki come out with an 850cc or 1000cc?? Suzuki has GREAT GREAT quality! Built to last...IMHO. TIP: Suzuki engineers...go buy a Polaris and Can Am 1000cc. Then, re-engineer to Suzuki standards.

biz4two biz4 I belive that the the suzuki king quad 750 is plenty powerful enough even though it has a speed limiter but it has a great towing capacity and can tow anything you need around a farm or campground. It was made for work and has play capabilities.🤓

I'm sure you are right. But, this girl has always been told, bigger is better!! I've driven a 1000cc Sportsman...and the seat of the pants power is addicting!! LOL!! It would just be nice if Suzuki went bigger.
@donschlonski2936

your Sportsmans will surely blow this away. It is supposed to. But yours will die many times and break way more in its short life than a King Quad will in its very long life.

Don Schlonski ... Possibly, but Polaris have increased the reliable factor since the intro of the XP line-up. Plus, if a person does maintenance, the Polaris will last a long time. The fact is...that most Polaris have a very hard life. They are what I consider abused. So, they do have issues, but because of the abuse. No question about Suzuki reliability!! They build a very very reliable machine.

Suzuki was my first ATV. It was an LT125 three wheeler with no suspension and balloon tires. First real ATV to hit the market. Then came a 250E Big Red. Then a 200X. Then a 250R. Yes,I was a Honda kid. lol When I was grown up,I got a 300EX. My first ever four wheeler. Then the 400EX and finally a 450R. I'm in the market for a side by side or beastly ATV now. I think the Can Am X3 would be my SxS choice but the ATVs are a bit confusing now. This video will be very helpful.

Very nice quad, I decided between SKQ 750 2019 and 2018 Yamaha Grizzly 700 SE, I choose the Grizzly, I test drove both ATV’S the Grizzly had a better ride quality feel, much smoother, the king quad is nice but the Grizzly was better for my money, they both cost the same.

Sounds like a lot of incremental changes on a very long-in-the-tooth vehicle. It's apparent that Suzuki simply isn't investing in this segment.

My grandparents bought a new 19 King Quad and we have two other older King quads, I would not pay the extra money to trade our 06 and 09 King Quad for this newer one. It's not good enough. An improvement yes but unless you're order King Quad is really beat and wore out it's not worth the trade. Suzuki have been very good machines for us, they're very reliable and seldom give us any trouble at all. But other than that they're really behind. They need a more plush suspension such as what is found on a newer Grizzlies and definitely more power. A King Quad that can take down a Brute Force and that rides as good as the new Grizzlies, that would be something great and in that case I would already own one.

Doesnt excite me...but glad to see them getting back in the game! I think comparing it to the Honda was a little harsh. Its a 750 it cant be that weak LOL ( or is it ). the 750 has 20 more hp then the rubicon. Terrible comparison. The Zuk is in a higher displacement class first off. Secondly my 500 king has 10 more hp stock then hondas now flagship model.

Would love to see Honda, Suzuki and Kawi all get way more aggressive, though Honda has already announced we can expect something groundbreaking from the company in November. Yamaha is at least continuing to compete with an offering in each category, but we would like to see that 850 in the Grizzly and Viking ungoverned.

Dirt Trax Television im a huge grizzly enthusiast but open to hondas options. I just dont seem to understand why polaris and can am dont offer any sort of factory manual locking diffs. I can only speak on this with the grizzly as my base for any dispute , but why the hell not? Im literally waiting on the 2019 highlifter 1000 to hit my local store so i can take a leap. Man if yammy came out with an 850 or 1000 for their atv platform ... good lord watch out because i truly feel like a new king would be crowned!

I ALWAYS buy the left over models and save a couple grand!! Because they are the same thing every year! Stupid to buy the latest model when there the same machine! At least they put the third head light back on! On my second KING!!! first a 09 and just got a left over 17!! Which wobbles at 35 miles an hour!! Not happy with this brand new machine!!! My 09 was flawless for years!!! This 17 shakes and makes weird noises in the rear when you decelerate!!! Brand New!!! And the dealer is 2 hours away!!! Not so impressed with this 2017 brand new left over model....I still paid a pile of money for it!!! It should be great for years!!! I just might change brands on my next one!

I believe suzuki, yamaha, and now honda has some of the best 4 wd systems out there, with the on demand locking front differential. You don't have to spin tires to activate it. But they all would do so much better if they all had a least one big displacement bike to their line up. Keep the one's they have and get the attention of the thrill seeking mud slinging crowd at the same time. Polaris and can am have the power but doesn't have a 4wd system you would want to go around climbing in some steep trails, going over rocks. But you can climb like a Billy goat on a suzuki, yamaha, and honda.
@richardoldfield286

I ride with 2 Yamaha riders and when I’m at the top of a climb with my 570 sportsman the Yamahas are still in gauging the diff lock,so think before you speak .Also a Kodiak 700 only has 4 hp more than my 570 .

Almost 22 hp more hp then the Rubicon. Wtf? It has the same hp as the brute force, and slightly higher then the grizz. 49.6 kq. 48.3 grizz. Rubicon has 28 hp. Hell a 500 kq STILL has 10 more hp. That's one it's direct competitors (:

They sell because suzuki had a dependable model and it took them time to be positive that the new model is better and more dependable so they will sell more. Or what is the purpose of making new if they just slap it together it is a growing company it may be comparable to honda and polaris but deep down the company is still growing.

Too little, too late. It's kind of sad to see Suzuki slowly die off. They need someone new running that place or they are going to just die. Throw some cash into R&D and get some great looking and performing atv and sxs out there. Honda took the plunge and have been hitting it hard ever since. Resting on their ass is not something Suzuki can afford to do much longer. They have a reputation for quality and durability but they are not doing anything with it.

I don't care what Suzuki does, they have truly fallen on their face in the atv world. Maybe its the years of failure to listen to their consumer base or being "out classed" by other manufacturers. I find no interest in a Suzuki. Way better options out there then garbage Suzuki. They need to stick to bikes because they have and always been competitive with the RM's but fallen very short in ATVs
@Devlins10

Devlins10 no it's not garbage but it's very mediocre and overpriced for the options given. I feel like Suzuki is about 10 years behind the competition. I call it garbage because I would never consider one. I do however agree about the Honda part but I don't buy a Honda for power, I bought my Honda's for reliability, I would really like to see a dual sport Honda like the Renegade or Scrambler.
