Nice review ABUSA! You do a good review. That was a light traffic day for that area. I lived right near the Big Chicken back in the early 60's before I-75 was there it is amazing to watch how much the area has grown. I really want to add a bagger and love the V-twin sound but also love the buttery smooth feel of the K 1600 or Goldwing. Keep up the reviews!
It is always so fun to get to ride a brand new latest and greatest bike! BMW makes some fine quality motorcycles. That bike definitely has all the bells and whistles and that humongous gas tank, wow! I do like that feature the most. I think all motorcycles should come with a five gallon tank. Only thing is all the gizmo's that's on that bike. I'm just not a techie person and that stuff just overloads my brain! I'm a firm believer of, keep it simple. Great video ABUSA. I enjoyed watching and hearing your take on that Beemer! Keep riding and stay safe!
I think this bike would be lovely to have... I'm 6'8" and weigh a lot, Goldwings are too small for me. But this is a dream bike for me. Looks like you like it. The sound it makes sure takes me back to my BMW days in my 20's (had a lot of 80's BMW cars back then)
On 16:10 Go back in Second gear ??? You took off in second gear stationary, which shows what a good driver you are, even if you didn't notice it. Top mate! 👍 Thanks for the vid.
Does this now have the dynamic cruise control? You can swap out the Bagger for the GT windscreen. It reaches higher. I did the same for my R18 Bagger. I put the Transcontinental windscreen on it.
More power and range than a Goldwing. Other reviews mentioned handling. I think it would be better for canyon carving. I'm sure the shifter can be adjusted for height. But what did you think of the front fork ride? Was it as nice as the Goldwing wishbone? Personally, I'd go with a Wing. I'm a couch potato! 😊
