I cannot for the life of me get these to work in an airbrush. Straight out of the bottle... pfft, forgedaboutit. I've tried thinning with their own brand as well as others and I can't seem to get it to spray without sputtering.
I went to the web site. The frustrating part is the paints seem geared more toward figure painting. What if we're looking for name and number matches to FS, RAF, FAA, RAL, RLM, etc. colors? Those don't seem to be referenced in the paint descriptions on your web site. I know they have sets that were just released.
they do separately just got a bunch in and i shook them a ew times and their was oily medium oozing out with the paint. i had to shake it for another while longer till it was mixed. i have no reason to lie, and it was the funny skin tone, tan yellow, beige red. the rest i just ended up shaking for o seconds to avoid the headache. maybe you got the magical 3rd gen that are just perfect lol.
I can’t Figure out how to spray this paint… It’s either too thin and flooding the model or too thick and battering out of the tip in an insane amount. What am I missing here??
Hey Jake! Getting the right mix is important. I go for a mix that is a little thicker than milk and then slowly work it onto the model. Once it has a good "tooth" going, it should be set to go for additional layers. What are you thinning it with and how you thinning it? (In the airbrush cup, in a separate container...)
lol i could see red paint on the masking putty you pulled off but your of course just gonna put your thumb up and pretend it didn't happen. 👍 at 2:37 i can see where the masking fluid was taken off
