My parents are from Jordan, and I was actually born there, but I was mainly raised in the U.S. I love visiting my parents' home country as often as I could! They're from rural Irbid, so it's really nice to just chill in the rural parts sometimes.
Welcome to Jordan! I can see why it might be weird that the lady asked you to bury the cat but usually it's okay to ask people for help especially since she's an old lady and she probably can't use the shovel for health issues or sth like that... Anyways, I hope you had a great time and maybe someday you'll be able to visit more cities like Madaba, Jarash, AL-Aqaba and many more...
I am from Afghanistan i really wanted to see what jordan really looks like and by watching this video i kind of got feelings like jordan and Afghanistan are kind of same 🙃🇦🇫❤️🇯🇴
I think that you are genuinely born to vlogging. You love to talk and we listen. You desired to get lost somewhere, but they found you, and I found you handsome man! Thank you, I found you. You earn an admiration for another new subscriber, and its me. Like your honesty and the enthusiasm as well as your passion to connect with the world.
Hey thanks so much Edward! That means a lot to me! I hope to continue to make videos that educate others and make them smile! I hope to return to Jordan again one day! Thanks for the beautiful comment my friend! ❤️
نحن العرب اهل الكرم و الجود مرحبانيين و في الضيافه لنا عنوان We Arabs are the people of generosity , we are very welcoming and are known for our extravagant hospitality.
I was in Jordan too recently and yes it’s so amazing hope you checked out the abdoun area too it’s a very Americanized and wealthy area with nice malls
It's lovely to see how we (Pakistani) and people of Jordan have so much in common in terms of hospitality and love towards the tourists. Really enjoyed watching this vlog, Chris. Would love to see you travelling to Pakistan too in the future
😂😂 at least you found it funny, so many people got mad, but I'm sorry that is just so random and I was in a tough spot and on a main road lol hope to be back soon tho! ❤️
You definitely have to get to Jordan sometime! Such an incredible country bro! I'm hoping I get the chance to return again soon, the Hospitality is unmatched!
I’m so sad that you missed a lot of good food especially the traditional “ Mansaf” you should’ve asked the locals .. nice vlog and don’t listen to ppl saying that you talk too much it’s what made the vlog awesome the way it is ..good luck bro and I should say thank you as a Jordanian for the vlog
I hate how the U.S and the rest of the world don't show this peace and equality us Muslims give, when I was in Jordan with my family we would always love to hear the food-ingredient trucks shout Yallah Batata (Potato) Yallah Bandorah (Tomato), and more I just miss living there 😊
Yes I agree, but do keep in mind that those are our politicians not all of us! I love Muslims and the culture as a whole! Thank you for watching and I hope to be back in the future!
I love how you always keep your smile. Great energy...we need more people like you..💜💚🖤♥️ you show us what the media wouldn't show on TV. Keep traveling,🌍
@@Travelwithchris good evening chris ..i live in Florida..in 2 weeks im traveling to Jordan .to meet my wife and kids. if you if it happened and you deside to visit Jordan one more time . you gonna have home.😎
Nice vlog Chris! And the people seem so nice over there. Your vlog really made me want to visit Jordan too. I just discovered your channel and immediately subscribed. But honestly I was a little bit shocked you just ghosted that cat lady. You could've just told her you weren't the guy for the job. I'm sure she would've understood.
Hey thank you so much! Yes the people are so amazing! I know I should’ve acted a little different in that situation but we were on a main street and everybody was staring at me..... really awkward position. Hope you understand :)
Yes..the people are the nicest...and I traveled thr world. And Jordan the best..and safe..and love the children ( and they love to hear English and learn English)..nana with shay😋
You should have helped her bury the cat - it's weird but it's not that big a deal. It was mean to walk away like that. At least you should have told her you don't want to, not just ghost her.
first of all thank you for visiting Jordan 🇯🇴 I hope you had a magnificent time there second, the lady who asked you to bury her cat the demand had some kind of rude to ask from a tourist
@@Travelwithchris Im working in furnished apartments in Aqaba ,so when u come to Jordan again your stay and your breakfast and lunch for your first night a on me (Hospitality)
I'm still confused why people always say "my friend" in Arabian countries (actual question because I feel like I'm missing something) btw I live in jordan
Thanks for asking see in arab countries even if we don’t know each other we say (my brother, my friend, my sister..) because at the end we are all human beings and we related to each other in some way ,also it’s a nice of calling the person to show them that we respect you and give them comfort in talking ♥️♥️♥️
You should have dug a hole and bury the cat. That poor lady walked away believing you would do it. I'm sure it would have been legal, otherwise she would not have asked you to.
You're really good and interesting to watch and your video is technically done well. But what was disappointing was for the first half or so you kept saying "there's so much going on, so many people, just so much going on" yet you just filmed yourself saying that. If there was so much going on why not film it and show us? I wanted to see the people, the activity, the scene. Not trying to pick on you but help you for other videos. I wouldn't bother unless I thought you were mostly really good in making this video, just it was lacking in what I described. Keep up the good work though.
You were wrong by leaving her when she was seeking help. I am sorry to say that. You are commenting on how gracious everyone is in Jordan so you should have shown the same grace. Tomorrow is a new day though.
