You have to visit SANTIAGO DE CHILE. Is the most modern city in Latin America, more modern than cities of United States.

And that I have the impression that they did not take you to the best possible places. It is a myth to say that in any restaurant you eat well, there are bad and good ones like everywhere else.

Maybe try and not being 100% positive about everything and be more real. It is not normal "in every country and every big city to have to to wear your back pack on the front" Lmao,Lima has a major theft problem outside of 3 areas,that is not every big city in the world like this lol. Later sympathizers of O'Higgins, requested that his body be brought to Chile, since he had fought for the independence of that country. General, Jose De San Martin, in 1821, declared the independence of Peru. He is probably the one that you were referring. The wars against Spain continued with other leaders, until the final Battle of Ayacucho in 1824. Yucca is not a potato. It is another versatile, root vegetable that is popular in Peru. Best wishes!

just a feedback, put Peruvian music as musical background, not salsa at the begining.

Yor companion said they wanted you to try "yuca" but wronly described as potatoes, but they are actually " cassavas" which are actually sweeter than potatoes.

No disrespect to this creator or any of the food creators. However there are a 100 videos on Limas great food scene. Every creator goes to the same restaruants. We get it they have ceviche. What about cultually diverse foods other than peruvian restaurants. Have seen some chinese food selections. What about the rest of the world? Do they have Irish pubs? Italian or Mexican restaurants etc?
