@@mary-wi7ho if it is filled all the way it will NOT fit under the seat. Most of the time I still put it in overhead with my wheeled carry-on. I still love it and would take it again. Also I was aisle seat which seemed to have less space under the seat than window and middle. No one stopped me in terms of the bag being too big. But I usually had to throw it in overhead cause be end of trip it was too stuffed. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching! 😊
@@TiffyShow hi, I have some international trips coming up that I need a new bag for the personal item, im trying to decide between this bag vs the Indi dagne dover backpack. I have flight connections so thinking the backpack might be better but I look the size of the large! how was travelling with a duffle? thanks :)
Thank you! I’ve been on the fence about L vs XL as personal item. XL seemed to big and this was so helpful to understand the L. I love my medium but I agree - it is too small for a personal item
Thanks for watching! I made this because I didn't see any updated reviews myself. It's a good bag if you take it on as a personal item on flights don't overstuff and it will fit under the seat in front of you. If you do overstuff throw it in the overhead bin. :)
I looked and looked. This one did work. BUT it's not really gonna fit under the seat in front of you if you fill it up. You will still have to put in overhead storage for a comfy flight. But I couldn't take something smaller for my trip so I loved it.
@@TiffyShow I bought the Away Everywhere Bag in black, which is a smaller bag than yours. And even though I love BLACK, I wanted to jazz it up. So I bought a $7 black and white twilly- like scarf to tie on one of the straps. An inexpensive way to change it up. I might even add a luggage tag too, even though I'm not ever going to check it.
