Good morning Mr Leslie. I would love to know why you felt it necessary to alienate nearly all Borough supporters by changing the club’s crest? Do you know anything about grass roots football and the proud history of our club or is this another one of your “super excited “ business interests?
Simon is someone who I met and became friends with following listening to him on Jordan Belfords podcast: he’s an absolute legend, cares so much about people and bettering people. He’ll do huge this with this football club ❤️
How has changing the crest improved it? What is the actual improvement? This just looks like another change for the sake of change, like changing the departed manager, who had three top 8 finishes in a row, who he didn't even have the courtesy to mention.
Having worked for Simon for 20 years, I can vouch for his ability, his drive to succeed and his X factor when it comes to motivating those around him, and to all the sceptics I’ll leave you with a quote from the man himself - Trust the process

Really good interview. Spoke very well about his ambitions and I believe he will follow them through. Still not a fan of changing the crest but it’s a small price to pay if the vision he has in place becomes a reality
