I've always had good experiences with Cettire - I ordered my Small Fendigraphy in the Zucca print from them as well as a few other bags. Always shipped fast. Returns are fairly easy too, however it does take a little time for the refund to actually process. I love the Bambimou in chocolate brown - it is gorgeous! I purchased the pink one, but returned it. I would love to order the chocolate brown!
