OMG u open 100 switch manually? your dedication is something else..

Your dedication is on top level, thumbs up. For the space bar i think can make the sound better but inserting eva foam in it. And other way i found an alternatif buy taping it with masking tape then make a hole for the switch and also the stabs.

I use the same keyb for 8mos now and new to the hobby as well.. I must say that there are a lot of factors as to why the spacebar rattles. Sometimes it could be bc of not fitting well or not enough lube etc... I still use the stock stabs and so far what got off mine from the rattle is when I holee mod it and placed a band-aid under of the stabs. But if you have a budget, try switching ur stabs to durock ones. :)

If you want to keep using the stock switch I recommend donut dipping one end of the spring with 205g0 or lube them with 105. I donut dipped mine and no spring ping at all(very light dipping.)

Ive seen people help the space bar from rattling with placing foam inside of the space bar keycap its self with the painters tape & it sounded like that helped some for them. Just an idea :) ive only seen vids on it , havent tried that myself tho

wat voor nut heeft het om die pootjes te knippen..welke poostjes ..was ff onduidelijk op de vid.

I think the foam you used between the PCB and the plate is not the best one to loud the sound. Should use that is like foam and comes with the correct spaces
