Here in California, particularly Southern California where I live, Brazilian Churrascuria or Churrascuro restaurants are very popular. There are a number of them here that goes with different names but they are buffet restaurants with all -you-can-eat Brazilian roasted meats. Let me mention some of them: Brazilian Churrascaria, Churrascaria Do Brazil Zona Rio, Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse, Pampas Grill Churrascaria, Rio Picanha Steakhouse, Grassland Brazilian BBQ & Churrascaria, etc. They're very unique restaurants, it's where people go to enjoy different grilled meats ad libitum.
