@@voidgaming3700 How about the fact that every other country except for the U.S. get a javelin-type missile with the Spike-LR2, and the U.S. doesn't get any infrared guided missile on ground tanks? They could easily have the M1128 Stryker be outfitted with the Javelin, or the HMMVY.
I think the most interesting trend I've noticed is that we've started seeing a lot more of those russian prototype Objects in the lists. I mean yeah, its great fun seeing them all, but it would also be fun to see prototypes from other nations in these lists and not just the russian ones. Granted, russia is the nation in game actually getting all the prototype vehicles, so its understandable.
@@superknightlol yes but the majority of the prototypes those nations get are relegated to being event vehicles or premiums. Russia, while also getting a lot of them as event and premium vehicles, gets a lot more of them in their tech tree compared to the other nations. And I mean, we now have almost 10 Object vehicles in the game, which is quite a lot of prototypes.
Which is bizarre, because in most cases there are "real" soviet vehicles which could be added. Instead of the 435, they could have picked T-64 prototype or just the first production one. Instead of the Black Eagle, they could just add T-80UA or T-84U. And the list goes on and on.
yeah I don't understand why they keep trying to carve a hole into the ww2 market despite WoW taking that spot, I would love it if we could get more modern ships and it might drive the non-existent naval player base to go up

I found that strange that the Weasel 1A2 and 1A4 don’t have crew out of the tankette yet to fire the weapon they need to be out of the hatches. CTA does this correctly for being such an old game
44M Tas? That would be the 2nd heavy tank in the "Italian" tree. Also, that's probably my favorite WW2 Hungarian tank, even tho it was just a prototype
3rd actually, bc the P40 was a heavy tank. Besides the Fiat 2000, the P40 was the only other Italian heavy tank. The P.43, tho, was more akin to an actual heavy tank, the issue being that the P.43 is even more heavily shrouded in mystery. I wouldn't mind gaijin giving Italy the Fiat 3000 tho. Would be nice seeing at least SOMETHING that looks like the FT-17
Yeah, I really hope it comes, I've been waiting ages for it. The Tas would be amazing for Italy/Hungary, especially as maybe their first researchable heavy tank.
Fun fact about the SPYDER - there's a version that comes as an all in one pack. You get the truck with the launcher bed, and a radar mast. A radar mast with four - that's 4, count 'em - AESA radar dishes. Essentially - if you thought the Pantsir radar was cracked, this is that, times two, then times four. (hava nagila intensifies)

so no lav-25. no avenger system. unreal.. also the acv-30 with a remote rt-20 kongsberg 30mm bushmaster 2 mk44 cannon it has a laser warning system. a self defense system. also looking at the data sheet the gun can be swapped out for a 40mm instead. Pretty much a stryker with a laser warning system and and smaller faster firing gun. imo America really needs this.
Correction: The Obj 640 probably had nothing to do with the Armata. The Armata is the the successor of the Object- 195, from the ground up a completely new design, while the Object 640 "Black Eagle" was an development of the T-80 platform. The likely mistake is understandable since both got dubbed T-95 at some point.
I've noticed that too. The Object 640 is a heavily modified T-80. The Object 195 was supposed to be the successor to the T-90, with a redesigned hull and a 152mm main gun. Then comes the Armata, which is heavily based on the Object 195, using the same 3-crew armored capsule but comes with a 125mm gun instead, or rumored to have a 152mm, but I don't know for sure. The Armata is still a prototype at this point. It looks like Russia doesn't care very much about it, which probably means the T-14 is might end up just like the Object195, abandoned.
@@AliRo I don't really doubt it, but think it's unlikely the Russians will completely abandon the armata anytime soon, and I wouldn't really call it a prototype either, they already started production after all. The T-14 might have lots of flaws but in my opinion they have a good foundation to work with and it would be worth it to continue developing it, their main problem is getting through the lack of money and corruption to be able to mass producing it.

3:58 According to the forum post on the 44M Tas, it was going to be armed with the same gun as the Turan III, which is more or less identical to the 75mm KwK 40 gun found on the Panzer IV H. The transmission was also the same as the Turan, so the 44M Tas in-game would essentially be a Panther with a worse gun, but a much better reverse speed.

Hungary's 44M Tas was NOT a "paper vehicle more unfinished than the Flakpanzers and removed German tanks", what are you on about? It is literally confirmed that it had a fully complete and operational chassis made and that the turret and gun were under construction when the prototype was destroyed by bombing. Some sources even claim that the whole tank was completed! The removed German tanks were a mix of unbalanced tanks, historically inaccurate models, or vehicles that only reached the mockup stage/used dummy turrets and were abandoned projects. The 44M Tas was far more complete and more feasible than these.
I really hope Hungary's 44M Tas gets added, I've been waiting ages for it. It would be the second heavy tank in the Italian tree, and probably the first researchable one.
Finally, it took ages to get Gaijin on board with the 44M TAS. Edit: Correction: - Either 1 or 2 prototype tanks were built, unless I am mistaken, built using regular "soft" steel as most prototype vehicles were built at the time; - The prototype for the 80mm gun was completed and the factory was being set up for mass production, but it got turned to rubble by Allied bombing and mass production became impossible; - The 75mm gun was installed for stress testing purposes until the 80mm was ready, it only became the "official armament" after the 80mm's factory got bombed to rubble. - The performance of the 80mm gun would have been similar to the performance of the 80mm AA gun, as the only difference between the two was the recoil mechanicm. It was at a furhter level of completion than some vehicles which are already in the game. Edit: "Black Eagle" refers to the Object 640 and Object 640 alone. The "other vehicle" is the Object 195, the actual T-95, an unrelated vehicle and the precursor to the T-14 Armata. The confusion derives from the Media naming the Object 640 as "T-95" with Omsktransmash being desperate enough to not correct them for marketing purposes. Note that this happened before information of the Object 195 was made public and it's official designation was revealed to be "T-95". It's no different from some media outlets refering to the Abrams X as "M1A3 Abrams". Edit: Object 640 had a different ERA on the turret front and cheeks, a much lighter ERA with comparable if not better performance than Kontakt-5. It's some variation of the "Kaktus" ERA, with the "Kaktus" ERA used on Light Vehicles being a "watered down" version. Some refer it to as simply "Kaktus", while other refer to it as "Kaktus 6". Some also claim that it is comparable to Relikt in terms of protection. Edit: Correction to one of my previous edits regarding the 44M TAS - 1 prototype was fully built and only needed for the 80mm gun to be fitted, the 2nd prototype was partially completed in a similar manner to the E-100. The former was the one fitted with the 75mm to stress test it, as well as to see if the ergonomics are of an acceptable level.
All I'm asking for is that the U.S. should get the M-SHORAD, M829A3 round (for the SEPs), the ability to take off the TUSK package from the SEP V2, and the AGM-114 for the AH-64D and AH-1Z (fire and forget Hellfire).
That'd be too OP in Gaijin's and their fanbois opinion. It would move things too close to real life where they get hammered because propaganda, as it turns out, doesn't stop actual rounds or make up for poor quality equipment.

i think VIDAR is the in game vehicle closest to PzH2000 . The PzH has LRF, a High velocity 155 howitzer and most importantly fast reload: ~6s fully mechanized. Not sure about the thermal cameras. I have heard some people say it has but I cannot find conclusive evidence to support that claim. The mobility is decent at ~18hp/t still inferior to vidar’s ~22 hp/t.

The gun works well on the KF41 .7 br higher, it's no different for the Puma at 10.0. Good mobility, decent survivability, great optics. It's a perfectly fine IFV , the problem isn't it, the problem is the 2s38 and the BMP2M that it always get compared to that are way under br'd

The version of SPYDER Israel is likely to see is the SR/ER version, not the MR/LR version. The former uses an inclined, rotatable launcher and I expect Python missiles to be its primary armament in game. I haven't seen a TELAR of the SR/ER version, so Derby missiles will likely be restricted to lock-on-after-launch operations if available. The MR/LR uses a vertical launch system and would primarily see Derby missiles as its primary armament. However, despite a TELAR version existing, the SPYDER-MR/LR is not a frontline system and the engagement range of its Derby missiles could be a balance issue.
While it is always good to see more artillery... Where is all the WW2 arty? That is a big list they haven't tapped into yet. It would fill out their most popular tiers.
I am so glad for the SPYDER. I'm so fucking sick of wanting to play my cool looking Merkava Mk4's then getting a laser warning and having to hide for the rest of the match because a Ka-52 or Su-39 are trying to kill me at every damn opportunity they get.

The Object 640 is from Omsk, and is a deep modernization of the T-80, including a lengthened hull featuring 7 road wheels and a new welded turret with Omsk's own composite array, and 3rd Gen ERA called "Kaktus", which was only heard referenced in this vehicle design and an uparmored BMP-3M where it was called "Kaktus-Lightweight" likely part of an Omsk 3rd gen ERA design that was meant to enhance protection over and rumored to use a shape charge versus a flyer plate as it's means of defeating projectiles, which is why it's mounted at such a steep angle. The Kaktus is only on the Object 640's turret, while Kontakt-5 is retained on the hull front and sides like a normal T-80U. The 2-man turret houses a bustle ammo rack with blowout panels where only the charges of Russian two piece ammo is kept, which is the volatile component, as well as HE-FS and extra long rod penetrators like Vacuum-1 and 2 which couldn't fit in the carousel magazine. The carousel magazine is retained to contain the shorter current and previous gen APFSDS rounds, as well as HEAT-FS. The gun would have been a 2A46M-4. Any talk of mounting the 152mm 2A82 came after the project was canceled, and is likely based on the likelihood it wouldn't be a hard modification when the turret was designed to work with longer ammo using the bustle magazine. The Object 195 on the other hand was designed around the 152mm 2A82, and who's unmanned turret and designers at Uralvagonzavod would go on to produce the T-14 Armata. It's likely some elements were taken from Omsktranmash since UVZ had already incorporated them after they went bankrupt.

I remember seeing the ACV irl when I was still in. I also remember having to recover the prototype variant of the AAV (which it's ultimately replacing). During the recovery a SGT said "hey you better not be fucking filming this shit it's classified " only for his Colonel to come over and say "shut the fuck up they recovered you. Besides you can find a full walkthrough (of the vehicle) online anyway" 😂😂😂

Israel suddenly getting the best AA in the game would be funny. Like an order of magnitude better too. If it’s a fire and forget system that would be nice, which it sounds like it is.
The only way I could see the SPYDER being added, is if Gajin also adds Anti-Radiation Missiles at the same time. Nothing crazy but something that locks on radar and tracks AA's.

If PZH2000 and 2S19 are leaked, then the PLZ05(and its two variants PLZ45 and PLZ52) can also be a good choice. The main(and most hilarious aspect for me personally) thing of the PLZ52 is that is a SPH that has APDSFS(although a very chunky one)
Australian Boxer maybe? Wonder if it will be the Block 1 or the Block 2 with Spikes. Australia builds the Boxer locally btw, and some for the German army as well.
I do hope we get more spaa that can compete with the pantsir, it's been too long where they can just spawn camp planes. Every nation needs something similar or the pantsir should be removed. Hopefully we do get the spaa mentioned at the end

hopefully the update releases around the anniversary/birthday sale in late oct. since i can't envision them making obj640 a non premium considering it was a prototype. still though, even without the sale i'd absolutely spend the 70 bucks for it.

Everyone is complaining about the veracity of the 44M Tas and drooling over the Object 640. It should be the other way around. 44M Tas: Italy finally gets a good tank at BR 5.7 to 6.3. Something that can challenge M26/T26E5s, Panthers/Tigers, T34/85s, etc...... Object 640: A likely scam by a cash-strapped Omsktransmash, using a T-80 chassis with a fake turret built of plywood and polyurethane, to bilk potential investors? The company demonstrated the tank only at a distance, running an obstacle course, never permitting any up close inspection of its mechanics, and used unreliable Russian journalist sources to talk up features that were never shown to potential buyers.
Exactly. In fact, most people are actually in support of the 44M Tas being added and they can see that it actually is an eligible tank to add by WT's own standards. Just look at the official forum suggestion for it and the clearly overwhelming support it gets. Unfortunately, there are a few people though who don't want the 44M Tas to be added and will spread misinformation about it being a "paper tank" (not true) even though looking through a few sources will quickly show you that it did in fact reach prototype production stage. Btw, I think it would be BR 4.7-5.7.
