if you want to dive into Lana's discography I would recommend listening to her albums in order to see how her song writing and sound has evolved. loved your reaction, I'm glad you're enjoying lana so far! I honestly can't pick a favorite lana album because they are all so amazing. each album has a different vibe which is why it's so hard to pick which I love the most. I hope you continue doing these lana reactions :))
I honestly think, for the most part, it's downhill the further you go. I think she has become a little try-hard with her poetry, and has lost the melodic magic that made her initial work so interesting. It's been so boring the past few albums.
@@PhenixJoeactually no she is happy and healing thats why she changed her way of singing and producing. She don’t want to feel like she did years ago she is much happier now and tbh you seem to like sad and troubled music she won’t do it again i think
@@vibez1458 her newer music, lyrically, is not happy! Not sure what you were listening to. And regardless of the subject matter, you still have to make songs that are melodically enticing. NFR (with the exception of a few songs), Chemtrails, Blue Banisters, and Did You Know... are ALL snoozes. BTD, UV, Honeymoon, LFL were epic and easy to enjoy.
i suggest you listen to her albums in chronological order: born to die first, then ultraviolence up to her most recent one. they are all great, but lust for life and chemtrails over the country club are the most hated by the fandom while norman fucking rockwell is a fan favourite. my personal favourite is blue banisters
The only music i ever spend any energy telling others i highly highly recommend. Lana's voice does something to my soul !! 😅 and it just gets better and better .. wait until you hear Paradise ! And Honeymoon !! and NFR ! You're in for quite a treat. And then you gotta experience some of her live performances !!!! 2 that i think of right off the bat are from her 2015 endless summer tour .. "ultraviolence" and "shades of cool" !! You must you must you must !!! 😊
Hi omar :) you missed the three Deluxe Tracks, Without You, Lolita and Lucky Ones; after those, i suggest you to go chronologically, i think that's the best way to listen to her discography, I feel like you don't see the artistic evolution if you don't go in order, new suscriber btw
O i subbed for more lana, she don't have a bad album. This album was a cultural reset for the time and nobody was doin it like her, she's inspired some big artists such as taylor billie olivia lorde, etc. Pls do the albums chronologically and the music videos r all very good too.. Btd is ab toxic relationship doomed to fail from the start but also btd as in yolo and just have fun while we can" sorta thing. Off to the races is in my top three lana songs i love it so much, that bridge is heavenly, it references the novel lolita a lot. Video games was the song that rlly blew up first, on youtube w the mv she edited herself on her laptop lol. It is def a timeless love song. national anthem mv is one of her best u should def check it out, features asap rocky :), shes speaking on the american dream and money and how amazing that can b but also the downsides to it, "drinkin and drivin, excessive buyin, overdosin dyin", while also comparing her relationship w something strong like patriotism. I luv luv when she mentions cinnamon in songs or the "sweetness of cinnamon" bc cinnamons just bitter so its a bit ironic. Carmen is ab Lana's alcohol addiction from a young age, she's sober now :). Million dollar man old live performances r even better, fan favourite fs she sings it so uniquely.
hi I love your channel, could you react to the group Little Mix, they are amazing! some video suggestions for you!!💜🤩👇🏼 Power ft. Stormzy Shout Out To My Ex Woman Like Me ft. Nicki Minaj Think about us ft. Ty Dolla Sweet Melody No More Sad Songs ft. Machine Gun Kelly
Lana came into my life in 2021, and she literally helped me out of a dark time in my life mentally. She quickly became one of my all time favorite artists, from her Storytelling, lyrics and just the pure amount of inspiration, pouring from this woman’s soul! I’m happy you started here with Born To Die, because as you go from this first album to her latest, Did You Know There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd, you get to see the amazing growth she went through, not just as an artist, but as a person! Thank you Lana, for coming into my life at the right moment ❤
You should listen to the deluxe songs from born to die they’re so good! Also if you listen to paradise don’t forget burning desires which is a deluxe track for paradise! :))
You need to listen to the deluxe songs and the paradise edition next. I would recommend, like the others did, to listen to everything in chronological order.
listen to honeymoon! her vocals are amazing on every album but honey is sooo ethereal and seeing you like her intros and voice that album sticks out the most to me🫶🏻
I still can’t comprehend how good this album was … as a a debut ! ! ! Even if you include the paradise EP every song is a banger many artists would kill just to have one song from this album in their discography!
omgg I'm here for your Lana journey 😍😍😍 please listen to her full discography in order 🙏🏻 Also, next one is Paradise and the Ride is from that album. t was probably the most "visual" album of Lana. The music video to Ride is iconic, a masterpiece, you should check it out, the same with her short film Tropico which includes 3 songs from Paradise: Body Electric, Gods & Monsters and Bel Air. Blue Velvet was used to H&M commercial and Burning Desire music video was made in conjunction with Jaguar.
I am completely jealous of the people who get to experience Lana's music for the first time. It's a magical, haunting, beautiful rollercoaster of emotions to go through her discography. Even if you don't continue to react to her music on the channel, please do take the time to just experience the music.
having seen you're pov shorts w Lana (which I love) im actually surprised you haven't really listened to her that much. Glad you were able to hear this masterpiece, and enjoy it. I like many others would like to see you react to the rest of her discography
