He was being charged with Aggravated strong Armed robbery which carries a long sentence. but him and his lawyers were able to convince the judge and jury that they just went in there to smash some glass because they were upset about the store selling them a fake watch.. and since no one actually threatened or hit anyone wigh the sledgehammers nor did they actually get out of the store with nothing , the Judge and Jury bought the story.. He ended getting charged with Destruction of property & He received a 8 month sentence..
