For passengers entering the US, bags are retrieved at the port of entry after Immigration, which in your case is SFO. Just like what I experienced in Minneapolis last Nov as a visitor, I was also subjected to secondary inspection by CBP (which I didnt experience previously) then transferred the bags to the carousel for the final leg of your trip which is SEA.

Bonjour, as I'm heading to France 🇫🇷 in December this time it will be a 14hr direct nonstop flight ✈️ between Manila and Paris Charles de Gaulle on Air France as they mark their return to the Philippines after more than 20 years , I can't wait to be greeted again by the cabin crew with Bonjour et Bienvenue á Bord as I speak a little French "Je parlez petits Français. Bon Voyage.

FAA regulations are 1 + 1 carryon meaning 1 luggage and 1 personal item. All US airlines must follow that.

Thanks for sharing, BTW, did you enter your information/passport details etc. on the United website or app after booking? Or once it's booked that's it, no need to enter any other information in the website?

@@jmeer7568 my brother booked my flight for me but I had it upgraded so i had to enter my credit card details to pay for it. I also recall providing addtl details but I forget what those are. The customer experience is fairly intuitive so it should be easy :)

Hello! I had to get my baggage sa sfo carousel, had it cleared by customs, then checked them in again before my flight to Seattle Here are the important timestamps from the video: 4:23 I approached and asked the lady from the check-in counter 12:16 When we landed, immigration, customs, etc Hope this helps!

Unfortunately, I haven't experienced PAL intl flights yet. When I go back to PH and book a PAL flight direct from Seattle, I'll let you know! Content idea! Haha

Hi! I also have a connecting flight from SFO. I’ll be coming from Terminal 1 and I depart in Terminal 3. With your experience, will a 2hrs and 45min allowance be enough to catch my next flight? Hahaha I’m prolly overthinking 😂

Mine was 2 hours and 57 mins but still had plenty of time to get coffee and freshen up while waiting for my flight to seattle. You should be ok, just go straight to your connecting flight gate after you go through immigration and customs :)

I have MNL-SFO-ORD-MIL flight. The layover in SFO is only 1hr 50min. Will this be enough po, provided na may immigration steps pa and transfer of boarding gate?
