Los Angeles used to be my favorite city in the world. Unfortunately, now with the rampant homeless epidemic, brazen and nonstop crime, gang graffiti everywhere you look, and piles of trash on the sides of the freeways, it’s starting to look more like Venezuela and less like California.

I'm not sure what this guy is complaining about ( lack of Latinos in Hollywood ? ) here's a short list off the top of my head , George Lopez , Al Pacino , Robert Deniro , Jennifer Lopez, Freddy Prinz , Desi Arnez , Reuben Blades , Jose feliciano , Charo ( my favorite ) and crybaby Jon Leguizamo, so what's the problem
He made an interesting point, you always hear about, "so and so is underrepresented so and so is overrepresented" why don't they look to demographics to have something to shoot for? Having said that, it would have to be an overall statistic because depending on what you're telling a story about it doesn't always make sense. You can't force diversity into every situation.
