I think this fits perfectly to the Dalton vibe. Dalton is zen, calm and avoids fights or violence in general. He is a friendly face and does not look scary.

30seconds in I can already repeat this statement; today's productions can not ever compare to the original's they keep trying to recreate. A true and new imagination into "movies" would be something very distant from the last 20yrs. Doubtful this will ever come to fruition.

I just loved Patrick Swayze but just as the kind person that he was. When he did the scene freaking Whoppie out still make me laugh. The other scene that i just love is where he is looking at the spirits that passed it breaks my heart. Jake is an amazing actor after he did Broke back mountain which i believe was his best movie bar none. I will be interested in watch him again. Good luck Jake, he was in that movie Everest another really good movie.

It's a shame this isn't being released in theaters first. This movie feels like it's meant on the big screen. Plus, it would have been a great date night movie. The ladies get to enjoy Jake while the men get to enjoy the action. And let's be honest men, we can admit we would enjoy Jake and his stellar performance.

All in all a good film. Jake is a fantastic actor, the only negative is McGregor. Yeh yeh he's not an actor i know but, the character he displayed was just unrealistic.Good job he never had to many difficult lines.

It sucks alright. McGregor is a joke, the story is weak, the music is hit or miss, and most of the fight scenes are poorly staged. Hard to beat the Jeff Healey band soundtrack.

@@paulsauntry4782 I can't make sense of your comment, but the original is far superior IMO. I did enjoy this more than I was expecting to though. The story was lacking, and they never really explained the situation with the guy he killed in the UFC. The fight scenes we're chaotic at best. McGregor was terrible, and ruined it for me. He basically played himself, and couldn't even do that.

I live in the keys and they need to check their keys knowledge. One, not even sure there is a Glass Key, and two, after going south on the seven mile bridge, MM 77 is most certainly not a couple miles up the road. I live half a mile past 77. I guess I’m at Roadhouse 😂 MM 77 is Lower Matecumbe Key in the upper keys. Could’ve just gotten some keys knowledge from a local. Sheesh.

Cringe 😬. This looks terrible. Scott Adkins should have played dalton. And the movie should have been shot in a small town. They got it all wrong. Everything that made the first film great they did not do. Why change something that worked perfectly the first time.

Terrible remake. Fight scenes are not believable, especially the last one. The worst part was the videographer can't hold the camera still for more than a second throughout the entire film. You can easily get motion sickness just watching the movie.

This looks like it was written by someone who last saw the Keys in 1975 and decided to tart it up with wokeness. And whoever it was, he didn't know how people in the Keys dress. Three people in long pants in one scene? Seriously? The Keys were fun, once upon a time. Then they got jammed up with traffic and Miami Cubans. The neat old places died off or morphed into yuppie hangouts.
